Hyatt Place Tampa Busch Gardens

it is a really nice hotel. my friends and i choose this one for second time. good location.

Mother/daughter college touring at University of Southern Florida and other nearby colleges found this a delightful, roomy stay. We used the pool, nice and clean. Continental breakfast buffet included in hotel price was very efficient and there was plenty of everything. Staff dealt well with computers being down. Quick check-in and check-out.

I stayed at the hotel this past weekend, and found it to be a great stay. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The location, which was close to Busch Gardens helped out alot. Many of food places around to eat at. The tv that was in the room was huge....great to watch football on while relaxing. Overall I was very pleased with my staff.

We traveled to go to Busch Gardens. Rooms were nice and clean. Wished there was better room service options, but overall enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff were great. They informed us of dining options, nightlife and shuttle information. They were very helpful.

Overcrowded room- furniture/bed occupied most of the space allocated for it. Difficult to get to the other side of the bed Carpet was old & stained. It looked unclean which significantly detracted from my satisfaction of being in a clean room.

ac did not work. the continental breakfast was a joke. if you wanted anything besides cereal and fruit you had to pay at least $6.oo. carpet in room was wet and sticky. not kid friendly, they told me that hopefully my two year old doesnt cause any problems, and all she did was sit on a chair.

Always good....been quite a few times....nice quite....only issue is SLOW internet above second floor.

My family were well cared for by the staff, who made sure we had all we needed. Great place to stay if you going to Bush Gardens. Every thing you need is right there.

Room was clean and neat. Shower and bathroom were fairly clean. Staff had no clue what they were doing. We selected a crib on [...], when we arrived we reminded the staff we needed a crib. We waited in room for over an hour and the crib never arrived. We called the staff on our way out to dinner and reminded them we needed a crib, and they still didn't bring it up. I had to call one last time and be a little ride for them to follow through. I wanted to rent a movie with the interactive system but it never worked. The free breakfast had a good variety of food but it was not fresh. We have stayed at Hyatt's all over the country, this was by far the worst of their chain that we have experienced. And the air conditioner made a loud ratteling sound that I fixed by wedging my shoe against the control panel.

We were extremely impressed with this hotel! The room was amazing, separate sitting area with a sectional couch, kitchen sink, mini fridge, desk/work area, a very comfy king size bed (wonderful pillows), and a 42" Flat Screen TV with hookups for a DVD player or gaming system! The entire room was very clean and the bathroom was as well. When we arrived the hotel staff was very curtious and pleasant, 15 minutes after we got settled in our room our phone rang and it was the front desk asking if everything was to our liking! I couldn't believe it, I've never had hotel staff call and ask how you are doing. The continental breakfast in the morning was very good and lots to pick from: muffins, different kinds of cereal, toast, milk, bagels, yogurt, fruit, etc. We also had free wireless in the room which was very nice and they had their own computer area with a printer that guests could use for free. The fitness room had very nice treadmills with TV's built in. We did not use the pool so I can't comment on that but it looked nice. Overall this was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at and the service & room very amazing! We would definitely stay here again!
