It was not too bad. Not Luxury but also not bad. The staff were friendly. They did not hesitate on rendering help where needed. Breakfast was not bad and it was also hot. They did not deliver on some things that was promised though. All in all it was a safe place to rest my head.

Almost Perfect
The hotel room was very clean. Our room lacked a mini fridge and a microwave. These two basic amenities is why I won't give the hotel 5 stars. The breakfast was fairly good. A big variety of food. The eggs and sausage area of the breakfast bar didn't always keep the food completely hot. There was at least one cop in the parking lot every night and morning. Sometimes they were getting free coffee. The air vent in the bathroom did not work at all.

Mom on the road
Very Nice
Very nice and Clean Hotel. Friendly staff too. I forgot an essential, called front desk and within minutes they brought it to my room!!Evening Ice cream treat in Lobby nice surprise.

Nice Place To Stay
We have stayed here before. It is a nice hotel, close to downtown Tampa. The staff is outstanding! Any problems (which aren't many in the two times we've stayed here!) are quickly resolved. It is the best hotel we have stayed at for the price.

Great weekend!
We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Suites in Tampa. We were there to visit Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. When we checked in Friday evening, we found that the room we requested was oversold. Therefore, they put us in the Presidential Suite for the same rate as a double queen room. The suite was nice, roomy, and very clean. We had a great trip. The only negative was the Breakfast Buffet. Other than that, everything was great. We were in close proximity to Busch Gardens and the area was very nice. We had a great weekend! I'd definitely book another room at the Holiday Inn Express Suites in Tampa.
