tampa fair
when we arrived at motel it was not very nice looking. i proceeded to pay for our room and the owner could not speak hardly any english. we were charged as much as the more expensive motels , no breakfast in the morning . i decided i wanted a refund for it was not clean and word had it there was bed bugs!!! waitress said it was a very unsafe place to stay!!1 i went to get my funds and on the outside window was a note stated no refunds!! nothing was said inside nor was there any paper stated such on the inside window which was bullet proof class!! a very low class motel with a very high price
