Our hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle to and from Tampa International Airport (TPA) every 2 hours from 6AM-11PM with advance shuttle reservations required. Our complimentary hotel shuttle also runs to shops, restaurants, businesses and entertainment within 5 miles of the hotel. The Crowne Plaza Tampa East Hotel is within 3 miles of Westfield Brandon Mall, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Florida State Fairgrounds, and the Ford Ampitheater. Our hotel is convenient to many Tampa Bay attractions including Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, University of South Florida, Ybor City, Channelside District, Florida Aquarium, the Port of Tampa, St Pete Times Forum, Raymond James Stadium, Major League Baseball Spring Training and an abundant selection of restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Needs a MAKEOVER asap!

Not the resort style hotel I'm used to. Hotel is in need of a complete makeover. Interior design and decorations appear to be ... from year 1990. Pool was too heated for Florida heat.

Amazing romantic getaway

The weekend was amazing for us it started with the friendly staff and very clean beautiful hotel, the pool made for a great ... relaxing afternoon before dinner and concert. One of the things we valued the most was being shuttled to the concert and picked up after the concert it made it so much not have to deal with traffic and parking it was the ending to the perfect evening for us. Thank you

Great stay before a cruise

The Crown Plaza Hotel was very accommodating and comfortable. The room and separate bathroom were a good size and very ... clean. However, the bathtub and tile floor were very dated and needed some updating. Although the location is not ideal, it was perfect for my husband and I who were staying 1 night before going on a cruise. We were picked up promptly after our flight arrived by the hotel shuttle and taken to the hotel. The shuttle also took us to and from a restaurant of our choice (there are hundreds to choose from)and even stopped at Walgreens for us to pick up an item we forgot. The next day the shuttle did not have any scheduled stops for the airport so it took us right to the cruise terminal for free. They will also pick you up at the cruise terminal for free if you are staying with the hotel that night. This was the perfect hotel for us and we will stay there again on our next cruise vacation!

The Crowne Plaza Tampa East hotel is a beautiful hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable and both the bedroom and bathroom ... were really clean. The only downside is the location of the hotel. It is located in the business district of Tampa. As such, there are no food places or shopping areas located close to the hotel. So unless you're here on business or rent a car you're going to be restricted to what the hotel has to offer in terms of activities and dining.

The hotel staff was very friendly when we checked in. They checked us in quickly. When we went right to our room. When we ... walked in the room it smelled really bad like body odor. We went back to check in and the hotel staff promptly gave us another room. The room was ok(at least it didn't smell). The room had minor things like torn wall paper and peeling ceiling in a couple of spots. For the most part it was clean at least. The beds were not comfortable at all. I think they need some updating. Overall the room was ok but not for the rate we paid. The location was good. We felt very safe.

Friendly/ kind staff. Free local transpotation provided to the mall ,resturants,airport. The rooms are beautiful and the beds ... and linens were so comfortable, it was a dream to just lie in the bed. I will stay again.
