Best Western Bay Harbor Hotel

Safety bar broke in lthe shower and we were given an upgrade. Loved the location of both rooms facing the bay. Both rooms were clean but could have been vacuumed better. Staff was great and loved al the courtesy shuttles. Loved the location.

Hotel was closed to airport and provided a shuttle service to and from airport as well to the malls and restaurants close by good for visitors without a car. Beach advertised close to hotel was not for swimming needed a car to go to a very good beach 1/2 hr away. Overall service was good. Friendly staff.

We stay at the hotel one night because is close to the cruise port and they provide cortesy transportation from the airport to the hotel and for $10 per person, transportation to the cruise port. In general terms is an average good hotel that provide eveything that you need. It has very nice staff. Our room had a bay view and was clean. The sliding door to the balcony was tough to open and close due to problem in the rail. Has a nice pool close to the "sport" bar and the restaurant. Also, have facilites for meeting rooms. The restaurant has a beach style atmosphere We just ate breakfast and was good, except for the orange juice, too concentrate. One funny situation happens to us when arrived to the room; they gave us a room that was already occupied. When we open the door of the room, I found a lovely lady in a bikini and I though Wow! this is what I called first class room service. Really, I close the door so fast that I did not remenber how she looks.

Enjoyed the view and sitting out on the balcony and watching the sun set over the bay. Crabby Bills serves a mean grilled grouper and the hush puppies were to die for! Hotel was very clean and the shower was great.

The hotell is located close enough to the airport but nowhere in the flight path! It was worth the upgrade to the bayview room. we overlooked Tampa Bay with free sunsets and the pool! The room was nice with a balcony, but the only thing i would add is a microwave. Also the beds were only doubles- queens would be nicer. The staff is very nice and acccomodatin also. The restaurant- Crabby Bills was nice, but a little overpriced. But its worth the visit to see Crabby Patty!

enjoyed Clearwater Beach and left from the tpa internatinal airport very early the next am. the hotel was average, but the restaurant attached, Crabby Bills, was not good at all. The view from the bay side rooms is marvelous and the price was good. No good place for breakfast nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay. I totally utilized the free shuttle service. They took me to the malls and restaurants and airport and the shuttle drivers were sooo completely wonderful and helpful. The whole staff was extremely helpful and gracious and respectful. I rented the jet ski from the hotel and the young man that was running the ski hut area was so funny and helpful. I was so scared but he gave a great instruction. THANKS EVERYONE!!!! A++++

Very ejoyable, nice friendly staff, nicely appointed rooms. Great view of the bay.

Breakfest was available at hotel. Hotel had shuddle on site to take to malls and cruise port the next mourning( 10.00 per person).
