January Visit
The nice bar was closed. The pull out couch in the room was broken, they did not have a roll away bed to offer. The breakfast changed to simple bread/cereal/make your own waffles (which were very good) but it use to be eggs/biscuits w/ sausage gravy and that was great. I realize that things change but we were looking forward to the way it used to be. Staff is very good and great location near Busch Gardens.

Don't stay here
Staff was very nice. Maids would wake you up at 10:00am EVERY MORNING even though I put out the "Do not disturb" sign. The carpet was so dirty, when you took a shower it looked like mud in the tub. The A/C didn't work well even though they fixed it once. I defrosted the frig. It was a block of ice. The hot tub was turned into a big flower pot, the kids in the pool screamed ALL DAY from 8:00am till 11:00pm. (pool closes at 9:00pm) so does the BAR. The breakfast room was nice, but once again all the kids didn't help. Also, the WORST coffee I ever had.

Reunion gone wrong
As I was getting out of the taxi the entrance looked very nice thru the glass you could see the pool in the courtyard. Mike at the counter was very helpful and Lillian as well. I had friends coming in from all over the country, Cali,NY and parts of Florida and myself from Chicago. If you advertise wireless internet make it a priority to supply it. 4 days without it, we brought our ps3 because we are all met and known each other thru it for 5 years at least, all adult all with families, and finally we agree to meet and we end up coming to bayonet and no connect not even our laptops could connect. Then one night the power goes out, very depressing weekend it became because of these events. Honesty I wouldn't recommend your hotel to anyone, if at least a small jester like a ride to airport or discount, anything, nothing.

Just Ghetto all the way!
Sheets were dirty, very noisy hotel with people partying until 2-3am. People smoking everywhere, drinking, etc. Elevator was out of service. Breakfast very mediocre. Please do yourself a favor and spend $20-$30 more and book another hotel.

hotel experience
It was ok. Desk staff were pleasant. I was put in a room right off of the pool and bar; it happened to be Karaoke night so no peace and quiet which I desperately wanted. Overall tho, very clean and worth the money. Great location for what I needed.

Has its good and bad qualities
When we first arrived into the room we noticed the pull out couch was halfway up. Come to find out it was broken, but not a big deal because we didn't need it. It was weird that the sink & big mirror to get ready at was in the bedroom not attached with the shower & toilet. We were on the role floor (figured it would be best) and we had a little balcony but the door didn't have a screen on it so couldn't sleep with the door open. We went to Busch Gardens as soon as we got there & came back after a long day & wanted to rest but was upset about there being a burning smell when the a/c was turned off so had to sleep kinda chilly for fear the smell would keep us up. About the only good thing out of staying here was the convenience of its location to the parks & the free shuttle to the parks. They were nice enough to let us keep our car parked there & use the shuttle on our last day even though we were checked out. Staff was very nice & complimentary breakfast was pretty good. Overall would pay a bit more to feel more comfortable on my short stay.

Nice pool, breakfast, location, value.
After a day at nearby Busch Gardens, the kids really enjoyed the pool at the hotel. It was a great value for family of 1 senior, 2 middle age, a 8 yr. and 12 yr. old.
