Suburban Extended Stay Hotel Tallahassee

Recently my family stayed at this hotel for two nights for a football game. We have stayed there before, but it has gotten progressively worse. This time we had two double beds (reservation was for two queens). They told us they were full, so we couldn't change rooms. In addition, the mattress and box springs were wrapped in plastic, the sheets didn't fit the bed and it was extremely uncomfortable. Needless to say, we didn't get much sleep. Also the kitchen amenities were dirty; greasy dishes and rusty pots with caked on food. Overall, it was a very disappointing weekend!

It was FSU Fall Graduation Weekend and rooms were hard to find in Tallahassee FL. We were able to find this Motel and although it is an older establishment off the beaten path, it was clean and mostly quiet. Some folks decided to return to their room in the wee hours of the morning and chose to share their noise and cheer with everyone else :(((( Although wireless is advertised, the rooms are hardwired and they say wireless is available near the office. We didn't notice the sign posted until checkout so had no access over the weekend stay. We stayed an extra night and were given the internet price we booked for the 1st night.

The room was very outdated and smelled terrible. This is not the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, but it is at the bottom of the list. It's a very typical doors-facing-the-outside, just-off-the-highway type motel. There did seem to be people living there with several children running around the place. Also had someone calling our room phone at 3 am until we unplugged it. Mostly the smell was horrible, the bath tub was horrible, and it just did not feel clean or well cared for. We won't stay there again. Better to spend $20-$30 extra and feel comfortable and safe.

We had four people in a room with two queen-size beds and a kitchenette. The beds were OK, but the room itself was about the tiniest it could possibly be to fit the two queen-size beds and a kitchenette in. Just glad we didn't have to spend more than four nights. The rate was OK. No breakfast of any sort (except coffee) which was a bit of a disappointment. The immediately neighboring area was a bit loud and not extremely safe. Pool was icy cold, shouldn't even have been open.

Room was very clean and large, but there were many hotels guests that were quite loud and indifferent to other guests. I guess that is what you can expect with a cheap extended stay hotel. a lot of people hanging around outside and really noisy.

Good hotel for the money. The good: Decent location - I like that it's location is off of Monroe, so you don't have all of the street noise like some other hotels. The room size is nice and it was fairly clean. The bad: I hate the fact that they accept animals - there was a yappy dog in the next room who wouldn't stop barking. Overall, I would stay here again. I travel to Tally for the games, and I would say that this is a reasonably priced gameday hotel.

I felt extremely good about the hotel. The hotel staff was very accomodating. I was able to ask ANY of the hotel staff general questions and they responded with respect. The rooms where very clean.

did not feel comfortable, staff was very pleasent and polite, but for this kind of money it should be more. it was equal to or a step above a motel 8 .
