Great Hotel for FSU tour.....close to FSU, so that you can easily do your own walking tour exploring FSU. Also within easy walking distance of downtown to enjoy restaurants, night life and sheer beauty of the area.

the staff is very friendly and helpful, and i can walk to my daugthers school.

The hotel is close to FSU, lots of room. Full kitchen with clean rooms. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices.

Great open buffet. Great room size and amenities. New and clean ( in general ) It is not walking distance from downtown! 5 blocks uphill to the nearest musuem, but no shops or cafes etc ... Free internet in room is slow, but it is free ! The room's sheets differ from one room to the other! The first room I stayed at was by a pub and it was rather noisy at night. The shampoo and conditioner containers were 1/2 empty upon checking in, and while the bed was made I had the feeling that the sheets were not fresh! The second room I stayed in - was way quieter and I believe housekeeping on that floor is way better ! Otherwise no complaints.

EVERYTHING WAS AS EXPECTED. CHECK -IN WAS EASY. THE BREAKFAST WAS TOP NOTCH. THE HOTEL IS CENTRALLY LOCATED.

I booked this hotel for 67 a night. My husband was up for Drill and I was asked to come to their formal. It was close to his hotel and reasonably priced. I needed somewhere for my son and babysitter to stay while we were out and it seemed nice enough. The room was fairly large, we fit in comfortably. Everything was clean. None of the outlets seemed to work, though. The only REAL problem we had was our room was directly above some train tracks, which had trains going by at nearly all hours. It was also finals week at the college, so the college kids lost their heads and the clubs hummed along until the wee hours of the morning. I would still come back, though.

This was my first time lodging at a Residence Inn, and I was impressed. I was really drawing a comparison between the Residence Inn and Springhill Suites and Residence Inn gets top spot. Large room, contemporary furnishings, a full kitchen with appliances, cookware and dinnerware...great! The only reason that it didn't get 5 stars was because the wireless network seemed a little weak and I had work I needed to do that was hampered a bit. The entire hotel was super clean, even the continental breakfast was great.

i got this hotel for me and my boyfriend who lives out of town. The breakfast was great and the room was nicer than i thought itd be. its a 2 minute drive to campus and the stadium. id deff stay there again. the staff was very nice. only thing is you can hear trains and loud music, but it didnt disturb me too much.
