Four Points by Sheraton Tallahassee North

This was my second time staying at the Four Points, love it. This was a leisure weekend stay, The staff was excellent. The location is very quiet. We loved the peacefulness.

A warm welcome, a clean and modern facility. Just what we needed but did not expect. The reception was excellent, the room spacious with excellent toilet and shower facility. It was a pleasant nights rest. In the morning there was coffee in the lobby and then we went to the restaurant for breakfast which was super. The Chef/mgr was our host and he was so kind in offering to make whatever egg or omellette dishes we wanted. My wife's eggs were perfect which gave her a major plus for starting the day. I would stay again when we are in Tallahasse,FL and of course suggest it to our friends. Congratulations to a fine hotel group and outstanding staff. Richard Jacoves

Great location. Good for an overnight stay. Great walk in Shower.

At first glance, our room looked good with its modern decor (and I can forgive the fantastic view out the window of the entrance roof). However, as we spent more time in the room we noticed that the condition of the furnishings was rather worn. I noticed that there was substantial mold on the bathroom fan vent and on the ceiling right above it. The modern glass shower stall--a feature the hotel mentions as one of its amenities--has a plastic base that creaks and snaps while you are on it, and the noise continues for about 15 minutes after you get out. The bed itself was comfortable but the pillows are not. The two regular pillows provided were so soft that they provided no support. We had to put the oversized throw pillows underneath to give ourselves support, but it still was not very comfortable. The walls are very thin. In the bathroom, we could clearly hear a conversation in the bathroom next door. I chose this hotel based on positive experiences at one or two other hotels in this chain in the past. For future stays in Tallahassee, I might look for another hotel.

Stayed one night for a football game weekend. The location was great and hotel was clean. I wpuld stay here again

I recently stayed at the Sheraton while visiting my son at FSU. The location is convenient off I-10 and it is quite close to the college campus. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. We had trouble with our television but a staff member came up immediately to fix the issue. I was disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast. I would definitely stay there again, though.

Overnight stay while driving through.

Its tucked away on a side street, but dont let that fool you. The check in was quick and easy, room was perfect for two (two double beds), pool gym was nice. Very good breakfast with all the hot items, and two could eat for eight bucks.

Room was comfortable but there were insects constantly in bath. There were no blinds to shield the room and occupants from the early morning sun. The staff's solution was to provide us with large document clips to clip the curtains together. In addition, the room was never cleaned, the shower leaked, and we had to ask twice to have our towels replaced. Also, there was no cold water in the bathroom sink because it had been turned off under the sink. There were no lounge chairs at the pool. There was a large dead wasp in the bed when we arrived. It was between the sheets.

Every time I have stayed here the staff has been outstanding!
