Certified green lodging for business and pleasure
The smoke-free Courtyard by Marriott Tallahassee was designed with business travelers in mind. Rooms feature a large work desk, ergonomic chair and free wired or wireless Internet. Take a break and head to the 24-hour fitness center, indoor pool or outdoor courtyard. Enjoy breakfast in the Courtyard Cafe or grab something to go from the 24-hour market. Not worth it.
This property is overpriced. The facility is clean and the bed was comfortable but....for the price the amenities are sorely lacking. No bar and no room service, the "special offer" included a free breakfast but that was more trouble than it was worth. They did provide a WSJ for me to read while I ate my "breakfast sandwich". They also were able to not charge for the "free breakfast" after I produced a receipt detailing the offer. It would be a reasonable value at half the price.

Stiffed on Stay
I booked one room for two nights on [...]for 99.00 per nite. I had to purchase another room when we arrived due to family extra. They charged me full bore rate of 149.00 per nite and would not budge from price.Last time I will stay at a Marriott hotel for business or pleasure. Nice way to treat repeat customers.

Strictly Family Business
The bare essentials
The location is decent if you're just visiting Tallahassee, but we were there to help my brother get acclimated @ FSU so it was a little annoying to sit in 30 minutes of traffic just to travel 5 miles. The hotel was nice & clean, but don't count on having internet service. However if you're just looking for a place to rest your head and clean up then this is perfect for you.

Very nice, clean facility. loved it
It was convenient to where we needed to go, clean, attractive and the desk clerk, [...] was wonderful. She is definitely a keeper. The breakfast buffet was varid and very good - our waitress very accomadating.

FSU mom
Great location to FSU
Both times we were visiting our daughter at Florida State University once when she first arrived and this last time when she graduated. Very pleased with the Courtyard Marriott location to everything in Tallahassee

Nice Hotel
We were in Tallahassee to attend the Tri State concert for which our granddaughter had been selected to participate. She was at the Holiday Inn with all the other students. We were there last year too and the breakfast buffet was very good and food was hot. Contrary to that, the Courtyard breakfast was overpriced and all the hot food was cold.

Applebee's, the Olive Garden and Macaroni Grill are all within a short drive. We would have liked to have a breakfast restaurant close to the hotel.
