Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Tallahassee NW (I-10), FL

The Country Inn Suites was a very good clean hotel. The staff on hand was very helpful from moment I stepped in the hotel till the minute I left!!!!!

Bed was comfortable, hotel clean, continental breakfast included.

I have a new born and wanted to stay in a hotel that I could afford, and yet be clean and safe for my son and wife. The Country Inn provided me with what I wanted. The food and the staff was great, friendly and accommodating. I had some unforeseen issues and the manager([...])was very helpful with resloving them. No other hotel I stayed before would have helped out like he did. I would recomend this hotel to anyone that wants a good place to spend the night or vacation.

Excellent check in. Arrived early, but the Lady at the check was just an awesome hostess and went out of her way to arrange for a room for us. Room was very clean and comfortable. There was only one hitch, a wall socket that was dead, and we left a notification on it in the room. The only complaint was that we requested two beds, but the room only had one. I overlooked that due to arriving early, thinking that was due to the Hotels accomodating us in the manner that they did. Over all, an excellent experience.

I would have giving a higher rating ,but the breakfast was very poor.

We were in town for the FSU graduation, one of the busiest weekends of the year. We had an excellent stay, and this was the third time using this hotel. Good customer service, very good complimentary breakfast, comfortable beds, ample pillows. The warm chocolate chip cookies were a great welcome after a long road trip.

The room was very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable! The room was also very clean. The front desk worker when we arrived was not friendly and that was a bit of a turn off. Also the phone did not work in room for wake-up. Other than that the hotel was great! Thank you for your help!

The bed was clean & comfortable but the shower head and sink faucet produced a very limited flow of water, like someone was spitting it at you. The place doesn't seem all that brand-new (as described) but it sufficed for a non-family business trip.

Clean rooms, good breakfast buffet, good service, ample parking. On the negative side, hotel a bit far from downtown.

They need to work on cleaning their rooms a lot better. We were traveling with 2 small children and in the middle of the night we had a roach crawling across us. I asked for a full refund and was told that I would need to speak with the general manager, who has not returned my phone call as of yet.
