Having limited time here the free breakfast was really convienient.

This hotel is located just off the I-10 which was easy acess on and off. The staff at check in and check out was extremely professional and courteous. The room was less than desirable, the light fixture was hanging out of the ceiling and the popcorn ceiling was falling out around the fixture, the wallpaper was falling off in several places, and the door did not lock as closure unless you jiggled it into place. The staff was made aware of the problems. The complimentary breakfast was adequate but not appealing in the least. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. If I had not prepaid and arrived very late for check-in, I would have chosen another hotel in the area to stay for the night. As it was, we made do but I was not pleased at all.

I wanted to give this hotel negative stars, or at least zero, but I guess that's not an option. It was filthy and the staff, who wasn't particularly rude, but they did not care AT ALL. I mean, it was really, really dirty. The walls were filthy, the bedding was filthy, the bathroom was filthy, the carpet was torn and filthy. Have you ever seen a movie that depicts urban blight and condemned public housing? Ya, this place was worse.

This hotel was pretty bad...the bottom floor smell like mildew and the carpet was wet as if the hotel had been flooded out. This was the second room we were put in after being place in a handicap room that we didnt request. The card keys didnt work in the doors. I went to the front desk 5 times and even requested my money back if they couldn't give me a decent room with a working key...this hotel was the worst.

Was in town for a swim meet. The room was dirty, marks all over the walls, dust and dirt everywhere, sheets were stained and had hair on them I requested clean sheets. Took 2 hrs before I got them and I had to change them on the bed. Would not stay if they offered a room here for free, that bad!!

This was a trip home for me but business was my main concern. I am not sure if it was the time of the week or year but it was very quiet, a very good thing for me I was able to concentrate.

We stayed for one night and I would not recommend staying longer than that.

The first room I was in, the walls were very dirty. Outlets did not work and the phone also did not work. My last straw was when I found a sugar ant in my bed. The front desk clerks were very nice in understanding how I felt and moved me to another room. I would never pay $70 to stay in this hotel again. Also, the pool was convienently closed for the week.

The desk clerk was not very friendly or helpful. She rather play with her cell phone than to help customers and didn't bother to check if someone had special requests like I did. I requested a NON SMOKING room due to being allergic to smoke and having asthma. She put me in a smoking room and I had an asthma attack. I called her and she blew me off so I showed up at the desk and demanded a new non smoking room which she did and then the keys didn't work to that room! So, I had to call her on my cell to tell her my keys didn't work to bring up new ones. After I got into the room things were fine..the housekeeping staff were great and friendly!

We had stayed at this hotel in December with my wife and had a very nice stay. This time the hotel seemed to have a smell when we got off the elevator for our floor. The smell was still there in the morning.
