Marco Polo Beach Resort A Ramada Plaza

This is an aging hotel that has definitely seen better days and it shows. The staff is indifferent at best, the rooms are in need of a serious update and basic upkeep. The $18/day parking is excessive for this hotel and it takes a long time for the valet to bring up the car. While convenient for events around Aventura Mall, it wastes a great opportunity of a prime on the beach location by letting the neglect show in all tis glory. A pity.

Stayed in the hotel, but was not so satisfied. It took a while to get our room because housekeeping was slow so they gave us a larger room. The room was clean, but the hotel needs to be updated. Have to pay to go on the beech and the pool area was disappointing.

So so hotel, great location,valet parking excellent, front desk staff horrible, they make you fell cheap. Won't go back to that hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Marco Polo Ramada. I did not have to interact too much with the staff because I was simply there to relax and relax was what I did! The room and view was awesome and the pool and beach access fantastic. Great weather was a plus. The front desk staff did advise me of day trips run from the hotel. Very informative and friendly. The breakfast was nice, especially having the two hot items of scrambled eggs and oatmeal. I had a wonderful time at the Marco Polo Ramada in Miami Beach.

The staff in this hotel is superb. But, that is not enough to make a return trip. The rooms are inconsistent and the hotel is placing guests in privately owned condos. Not exactly what a hotel guest expects. The first room was reminiscent of a prison cell with air that was not working and a shower head that dribbled. The second room, was so porely lit, and had such an awful TV, it was early nights. The breakfast buffet is pathetic and the ambiance of the hotel is old world dump. No Wi-Fi, poor cell accesiblity. Under staffed Valet service at least a 20 minute wait for the car, $18 a day REALLY? Terrible experience . I will not return there.

Has the potential for being spectacular if they pay more attention to details. My room was lovely and bathroom recently rennovated. But,they didn't replace old plumbing fixtures and rusty grab bars. Ammenities need to be updated. Buffet breakfast was poor. Not much of a selection. Grand dame that has seen better times Spiff it up and it is a 4 star easliy

Charged $10/day resort fee that i didn't know about. Included cable TV, internet, etc... Only parking was $18/day valet service. A/C thermostat didn't work right, had to ask to unclog tub drain, tv remote didn't work,. Normally not picky, but expected more for what i paid. Good beach location.

One side, nice location and opportunity to cook in the room. Another side food from neighbors was smelly sometimes. Be aware it. Generally, hotel is very worn, and receptionists doesn't respond to request (in my case it was broken lamp).

The photos are not according with the reallity, the hotel have a older furniture and the building need maintenance. You need to pay extra 18 USD by parking day, and 10 USD for service. In case thar you decide to request your car, you need to call at least with 30 minutes fordward your exit otherwise you need to wait, that was a really bottleneck in the service in that hotel. The beach is beutiful the water is warm and the weather of Miami is wonderfull, so I would like to enjoy more my trip and more the hotel but maybe in other ocassion
