ok hotel but************
the hotel is nice and the staff is great with the exception of a night desk girl she just had a baby,and is not very nice nor will smile(all i will say but theres more) the breakfast is great rooms are ok,maid made me leave so she could clean,i dont understand that i didnt want to leave i just drove 16 hours,and i know economy is bad but there prices are going up and pool has NOT been heated as it says,the Holiday inn down the road is very nice and 20 to 30$ cheaper,if the front desk gal was nice and the maid didnt make me leave my room id come back for the 3rd time im here 2days month maybe i will try one more time or not check in when she is working ,

Good Comfortable stay
Place was comfortable . Good breakfast. Had to make two trips to front dest because remote batteries were dead in TV remote. Had to have an attendant come yup to reset A?C breakers. Worked well after that

Excellent hotel
The hotel was very clean and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were quite good most morning. I found the room comfortable and the bed and bedding excellent. The TV is outdated but worked fairly good. Pool is small but serves the purpose for a dip.

Great Service
The service at this location was excellent. The servicemen were energetic, positive, and extremely helpful. I would definitely return if given the opportunity. I booked this hotel for one day due to an interview. My only dislike was the smell of the room initially, which may have been the result of poor circulation.

FAMILY FUN
this was a great place to stay at. It was 15 min. from Tampa airport and was between 10 to 15 min from everything we wanted to do. The location was safe and the hotel was very clean. The staff were some of the nicest people I have met at a hotel. They were always ready and willing to help and answer any questions and never seemed like they were bothered or annoyed at your request. I love that they give options that save water, and energy such as keeping the same sheets for a couple of nights instead of getting new ones. Don't worry your sheets are fresh and cleaned when you get there! There was one day that cleaners didn't come to the room but it may have been my fault for sleeping in past the hours they go around... (it was new years day who wasn't sleeping in right) The breakfast in the morning was great and there was always enough food. I do wish the work out room had more things in it and was bigger. But over all I loved it and would stay there again. [...]

GET A PIZZA FROM HUNGRY HOWIES. IT is 3 min from the hotel and is AMAZING! They have flavored crust and was soo cheap only 5.55 if you pick up and they are good size pizzas. I wish NJ had one!

Pleasantly Surprised
Visiting family and wanted to stay nearby. Very clean and nicely appointed room; nothing out of place and everything had a place - right down to the microwave & fridge cabinet.

Holiday Inn Express
Large enough room w/microwave and fridge which both came in handy. Also great selection for continental breakfast. Location was directly across from 275 on-ramp. Water pressure was absolutely terrible in the shower. Almost made taking one pointless. Water pressure in the toilet was intense and loud in the middle of the night. Free breakfast and USA Today paper daily. Few channels on the small TV was a minus.
