Best on St. Pete
Love this place. Spacious rooms with terrific views. Great staff. Beautiful beach. Best bang for your buck.

Nice Place, Great Beach!
This hotel was a nice surprise! The guy at the desk immediately upgraded our room without cost to us. Gave us a room with a great view of sunset. The beach was great. Not too crowded in late July. There was rain in the area and our pool could have been a little warmer. Other than that a great stay at a reasonable price.

Great view
The view from our balcony at the Grand Plaza Hotel was wonderful! Ocean on one side, intercoastal waterway on the other side. You need to go to restaurant on top floor.Balcony was nice with two chairs and a table. Tile flooring is great for beach goers. Romm had frig, microwave and pull down double bed.

Beach Vacation
The Grand Plaza is located right on St. Pete Beach, which is a great location. Parking and wireless internet are both FREE. The revolving restaurant at the top of the hotel has amazing views, especially at sunset. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beach vacation.

Nice place on a great beach
This was our first trip to St. Pete beach, and we would definitely go back. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. They even upgraded us to an ocean view room from a bay view. Being a round hotel, the rooms were an odd shape, but they were clean and comfortable. The room service breakfast was really good too. We didn't really get a chance to take advantage of the pool, as it was a bit chilly/windy while we were there, but it looked clean. I would recommend this hotel and I would go back when I had more time to spend there. My only complaint would be the cost, but all the hotels right on the beach were kind of pricey. So, in comparison to others on that strip of beach, I think it was competitive.

Clean, updated hotel
We were very pleased with everything about this hotel. It was very clean, had been updated and quite roomy. It was also very nice having a fridge in the room. The view was beautiful and the restaurants were great. Everyone was very friendly.

We could have gotten by easily without renting a car. The restaurants had a great variety and you could walk to a drug store or t-shirt shops.

great place to stay for the $ and very eager staff to make it happen.
From the time we arrived to the time we left the staff was determined to make the stay there a great one. close to a lot of different options for a vacation trip come true much of right ther from the hotel.

Very Nice Stay
Great beach, friendly service, comfortable room. Decent pool with plenty of lounge chairs for sunning and shaded tables if that is what you prefer. Plenty of eateries in the area to choose from, a grocery store withing walking distance, enjoy the view from Spinner's, or relax and order room service. I plan to visit again. Glad to have found this place.

great value
The Grand PLaza was a great choice for us. When we finally got to the hotel due to airlines, we were up graded to the penthouse suite from a bay view king size room. Great views, close to alot of eating places and two resturants in the hotel. good for the money.
