Fair to moderate
Bad breakfast, especially coffee. Have waffle makers but they stick so bad that it is too much trouble. VERY stale cereal. Toilet handle had to be held down to flush. Towels were hard. Far too detailed check in with Robert. No sense of urgency to get through the line at all. Convenient location

Clean and restful
Couldn't have asked for more. For a couple of days, I needed a place to rest between activities, and to have a good night's sleep. With some personal physical challenges, I was very thankful for a clean room and a good bed, and a quiet environment. Easy access from the interstate, and a good restaurant a couple of blocks away. Will use this again if needed.

We enjoyed our stay. We were vacationing and needed a place that was centrally located. So this met our needs. The staff was courteous and the continental breakfast was really good. The room was clean. We would come again.

Pleasantly Surprised
Stayed here 3 nights while checking out beach real estate and taking a mini-break from Pittsburgh winter! Very easy access to Tampa airport. Hotel is very clean, with pleasant staff. Great continental breakfast and dining area. Pool looked nice, but didn't go in. Rooms are compact, with large bathroom....updated/remodeled, hair dryer, fridge & coffee maker. Cons: No on site bar or restaurant. It is located in a slightly sketchy area of town, but that really wasn't a problem. Wished the bath towels were bigger! All in all a nice place and would recommend. Ask for a room on the entrance side of building away from the H'way.

Short drive from hotel
Go left on 54th for a crazy little liquor store (!) and opposite is a bar/restaurant/w entertainment owned by very nice Orientals, with great seafood! (We had $20 lobster special!) Go right on 54th, down to right on 4th for "nicer" area.

Great location for our stay in Florida
Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location was perfect for us, close to everything! The only thing amiss was the water pressure in the shower :( Other than that, everything was great! We would stay there again. Actually, this is the second time we've stayed there.

Very clean and nice rooms
The hotel was super clean, as soon as we walked in the lobby, it had a very clean smell. Rooms were nice and had all the necessities.

Nice clean hotel
Hotel was nice and clean, close to the interstate and downtown St Petersburg, we went for a baseball game and it was the perfect distance. About a 5 minute drive from Tropicana Field.
