I recommend this Quality Inn, if you are traveling from the Northeast to Key West. It is a great place to spend the night. They have a great breakfast in the morning befoe you leave to go South.

no hot tub as advertised
the room was clean, thou the ref had leaked and the room smelled a little musty. The rate I paid was 70.00 per night, the sign they had posted said 56.99 including fri, sat . so felt over charged they would not give me a copy of my receipt

old st augustiine is only 7 miles away very easy to get to the outlet mall is within 1 mile lots of dining both fast food and fine dining most resturants close at 10pm the holiday inn express is next door for the same price

we only stayed one night but we had an awesome night. the room was clean and everything worked like it should. when we come visit my dad this will be our hotel from now on. i highly recommend this hotel.

One night stay
the first room's heater did not work so we were immediately switched to another room. This room was clean and comfortable. Staff was on top of everything..

Disappointing getaway
I was a bit disappointed the room had a bad mold sell the beds were very uncomfortable basically did not get a goodnight sleep so I will not go back there that's for sure I believe that if you are paying 89 dollars a night you should at least get a goodnight sleep very disappointed

Great Stay
The rooms are a little dated but are clean and the staff was nice. The hot breakfast was a nice touch and the pool was brand new. Would recommend!

Surprisingly good for the money
We went to visit St. Augustine for the 3rd time and we tried Quality Inn this time around. There is a short drive to the historic St. Augustine, but the hotel is within walking distance from the St. A. Outlets, looks pretty new and clean. The staff was nice and helfpul and the breakfast was a notch better than other places we stayed. I missed a fitness room, thus only 4 stars.

Dissappointing Stay
Two Nights Stay 1st night - Ice Machine broken w/no time for repair. 2nd night - Out all day touring "hot" St. Augustine. Came back and room was skipped for cleaning. No fresh towels or sheets.Tried to call front desk to complain - phone didn't work. Check out - Was told on previous night that I would get $10 credit for not having cleaned the room. Upon check out, was told they would have to mail me $10 check instead of taking it off my bill. When asked where they were going to mail it, they had the wrong address. I won't be back!
