As soon as we checked in, the receptionist left. NO ONE was there. It was like a ghost town. But very cozy and if quiet's what you're looking for... perfect.

Reccommend for anyone going to St. Augustine
It was only 20 minutes from downtown St. Augustine and all of the fun things to do. I felt very safe and really enjoyed the location. The suite was just that, a sweet suite!

not what i expected
Nice hotel if you want to call it that. It seemed more like an apartment or a seasonal place to stay. No room service,etc...once the front desk lady left at 5pm you better not need anything or you have to go to publix to get it yourself! No place to eat or get a drink in the hotel. It was nice a clean, very very quiet. Saw maybe 5 people the whole time we were there. Nice neighborhood-hotel was surrounded by residential homes.

Beatiful and Relaxing Resort
We relaxed in the jacuzzi after a long day shopping or walking through the historic district. We did not get a chance to enjoy the spa but want to get a massage next time we are there. It was a very quiet resort, perfect for just the 2 of us!

Money-saving tip:
Short drive from hotel
It is less expensive to stay farther from the downtown region of St. Augustine and only $7.50 for an entire day of parking ($1.50/hour) in the garage which is an easy walk to the downtown area.

Laterra Resort and Spa
Upon arrival the staff was very polite and nice. The complex was amazing. Even though it was chilly when we were there, the pool was heated and the hot tub was very hot. The hotel was very quite with no disturbances. The room was clean and all brand new. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Fantastic stay!!!

Great hideaway!!!
La Terra was a wonderful experience. I took my girlfriend for a Ventines weekend and we felt like we were the only guest at the hotel. Very quiet and private, located on a beautiful property with a private entrance. It's a 10 minute drive to Old Town St. Augustine. The staff was very helpful and informative about local attractions. Also a must stay for avid golfers!!

Laterra
Overall, a very nice location and hotel. Very quiet and peaceful. Many nice places to sit and relax. Issues were minor: no staff at the check-in desk any of the times we went by (4:00 p.m. Friday, 8:30 a.m. Saturday, 2:00 p.m. Saturday, 8:30 a.m. Sunday)and the television was a very antiquated 19". As such we were unable to officially check in or check out. Was very thankful that I had prepaid.

Premium Outlets are much better than the Prime Outlets. For dining, there are wonderful restaurants: Raintree (downtown), Amici (A1A) and Sunset Grille (beach). All quite reasonable and offering excellent food. If you're rushed for time, avoid Sunset Grille.
