Convenient & good price
Room was clean & quite! Only problem was the cleaning staff opened door twice before departure time. Good thing we had the chain on door.....Front Desk needs to communicate with cleaning service time of departure!!!! We had a schedule noon check-out!!!

Wasnt a bad stay for a short weekend trip. Good location. Bathroom could always be better but w four girls it worked out!

Race fans approve
[...] We were looking for a cheap, but decent hotel for 2 race fans travelling to Daytona 500. Even though it was about an hour away, the price was worth it. The rooms were clean, hotel staff were friendly and the beds were average, perfect for 2 penny-pinching race fans.

Bare Minimums
Stayed here when me and 3 friends drove down from NJ for my best friend's wedding. Pictures online were misleading and was sub-par to what I had expected. The bathroom needed a good scrub and some plumbing. The continental breakfast was less than impressive/fresh. There was nothing outright awful but nothing to call home about.

Nice stay
We went to the historic district, eating, shopping. The train came through the hotel drive several times a day which I thought was unusual. This was a good trip except for the hearing impaired guests who we thought would be quiet but apparently they didn't realize that other guests can hear. I would have appreciated it if the HoJo would have kept it a little quieter.

St. George Street has always been a favorite of mine. Castillo de San Marcos is a must. A lot of history in the oldest city in the nation!

Our air conditioner in our 2 rooms was not working, and they moved us to different rooms so that we would be comfortable. The service was friendly, and the pool was great.

Great Location
Great location, hotel was actually a Trolley Stop. Only 1 block from the Fountain of Youth and Old Jail and within walking distance of many other attractions. Staff was very friendly and room was clean when we arrived and kept clean.

Trip to Orlando
We stayed only for a night on our way to Orlando. While we were there we visited the historic sites. St. Augustine is a great place to see and I hate to say that the worst part of our visit was the hotel room. You are staying on a 1 maybe 2 star hotel but paying for a 3 star. Breakfast buffet was ok, but limited items.

It was okay. Not super clean but not too dirty. 20 channels is all. Mostly the redeemer was the location which is superb.
