Hilton Garden Inn St. Augustine Beach

We recently stayed here for a quick getaway and all I can say is Wow. We stayed in a room with a king bed, all of the kings have whirlpool tubs in them and the stay was amazing. The room isn't your average hotel room. It is oversized, large and very comfortable. The Whirlpool sits in the bathroom but there is old style shutters to open it up into your room. Very romantic and will definitely stay here again when we return.

Over all very good experience. Negative parts of trip were that bed was horribly uncomfortable to the point of back hurting, TV to small fo King room. And no fan in the bathroom. Other than that food was great for breakfast.

Across from the ocean. A few nice resturants nearby. Good, clean.

We originally had reservations down the street for both nights, had to check out QUICK from the first one. Bugs are not my thing! This hotel was much nicer and the same price! My only gripe is that because it was bikers weekend (we were not) they wouldn't honor our AAA or Acitve military duty discounts.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. When my wife and I arrived, we discovered a trash can filled with trash from the previous guest. We also discovered the restroom was out of toilet tissue and had to ask the house keeping lady for a roll and give her the trash. When we went to watch the tv that was advertised on Orbitz as having video on demand, we found a tv with an analog signal with no video on demand. When I asked the desk clerk about the video service, she had no idea what I was talking about or seeemed to even care. We then tried to down load a video on my iPad to no avail. The wireless service was so slow it was basically usless. Not what I expected or worth what I paid for the room .

We came to St Augustine to enjoy a long holiday weekend for July 4th. Enjoyed the area, including fireworks we watched from the public pier across the street. Nice hotel for a reasonable price.

close to shopping at george street..good food next door sunset grill..large amounts of food for the price..did have maintance issues..pool was ok..room was clean..great morning breakfest buffet worth it..

We stay every year at this hotel and love it! The beach is across the street and down a small side street from the hotel. (About a half block walk from the hotel). A couple of things that could have been better, the outdoor "heated" pool was freezing. The hotel also uses a tad too much water softener. Everything else was great! The room is huge! The sleep number beds are very comfortable! The restaurant next door was good, but a little pricey. The beaches are soft white sand and clean. Overall, we love it and keep coming back every year!
