Great Hotel Value
Great location right off I95. Shuttle service to old town St. Augustine arrived just as we checked in to our room so we had no wait. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was very accomodating. Hotel has been recently updated and was probably the best value we have found in years. Breakfast buffet was fair to poor so we ate at Denny's right next door. Two huge shopping malls were almost within walking distance.

Short drive from hotel
Driving to old town St. Augustine was not recommended, so we took the tour bus to learn our way around the first day. Area was congested, but we had no problems driving to the specific events we wanted to see the next day.

Great value for family getaway
The value of the room was excellant! The staff in the breakfast room was fantastic they need to add more space the seating is not large enough.

Clean and comfortable!
My partner and I decided to check out St. Augustine since we haven't been there since we were kids. We went to the Lighthouse and Museum, the Fountain of Youth and Ripley's Believe It or Not. We had lunch at the Lions Restaurant across from the fort and had dinner at Barnacle Bills Seafood Restaurant for dinner. It was great! We also went to the Epic Theater and watched Alice in Wonderland in 3-D. We just wished the allergy season wasn't so bad we would have stayed longer. Also, it was a little chilly, so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. My partner tried to go to fitness room but I guess we had to have a key from the front desk? Our room key didn't work for some reason. This trip was only for 2 days and 1 night. We probably had to come back to be able to see everything in St. Augustine. We really enjoyed the Prime Outlet Mall, shops, and restaurants. We always enjoy our trips, this trip was just shorter than normal. It was a nice getaway, weather was beautiful minus the allergies. =)

If a fellow traveler wanted to go watch a movie. The Epic theater is new and could not be used on GPS. It's not on the map yet.

Good value for the money
Everything went very smoothly. The only concern was that there were LOTS of people crammed into a very small area trying to get their breakfast. And, the staff person had difficulty keeping things supplied and ran out of plates. She was not very personable.

Great mini-vacation spot
right off I-95. Close to St. Augustine without the traffic and parking nightmares downtown. Staff was very friendly and the room was very nice.
