Clean, Comfortable, Friendly & Affordable. What a wonderful place to stay! Will be back again. Well worth getting off I-75 and staying in a quieter part of Ocala. Staff always friendly and breakfast always good.

Good spot in Silver Springs.
This hotel is located conveniently near Silver Springs Amusement Park and the State Park,In addition,there are plenty of reasonably-priced restaurants nearby[Staff is happy to provide suggestions which include a 15% discount.[ Rooms are clean and comfortable;while a simple,but more-than-adequate] breakfast buffet is included.Use of computers in the Business Center was a plus.

If renting a canoe at the State Park,note that it is heavy! Bring water and sunscreen.The Silver River is a beautiful ecological gem,and recommended.May be best to go with the organized tour of Kayakers.

Right near Silver Springs and Silver River. We totally enjoyed this outdoor experience. Canoe ride was great. Staff at hotel most helpful in pointing out directions and good eating spots.

Hotel location clean & convenient. Parking lot well lit, general area good, no safety concern (always use your head any where you stay). Hotel interior clean & inviting. Staff courteous & responsive to needs. Continental breakfast good selection, well supplied, clean dining area. No in room check out via TV, but front desk was well staffed minimum delay.

Booked this hotel for a little pleasure and some business during the week. This hotel was very nice and accomedating.Very good area and within walking distance from local stores and attractions.. The only thing that would have made this a perfect trip was if the pool had been fixed before we left. however we did get to enjoy one evening in the pool. The breakfast they provided was above average and plentiful!! Overall we had a great stay!

dont waste your money on Silver Springs unless you are getting a discount the park is not worth the full price of $39.99. Luckily we only paid $10 each to get in... It was very disappointing..

Great hotel experience
First time to see Florida. 1) Don Garlitz museum 2) St. Augustine Train tour 3) Visited local Quilt Shops in the area. 4) Tour of horse country 5) Dined at restaurants not present in Missouri 6) Hit the Atlantic Ocean beaches and Gulf beaches and visited relatives living in area. Hotel was recommended by relatives because it was near them and new. Holiday Inn Express was well above average. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was above the normal continental breakfast. Non-smoking hotel so the rooms did not have any odors. The Hotel had two entrances/exits making for easy coming and going. We totally enjoyed our vacation. (Animal made out of towels and chocolate mints on the pillow was the only thing missing...not essential of course)
