Days Inn Sanford

it was a good motel and cheap but needs a few things done... the hot water was a big issue!!!

We were scheduled to spend 2 nights there, but after 1 night some friends rescued us. The staff was very pleasant but the room was far from our expectations. We read so many positive reviews regarding this motel but were very disappointed. The rooms were dark and drabby. Floor was not leveled. Shower and walls looked dirty or stained. Caulking was cracked and nasty. Rooms small. My sister thought they were musty smelling. Just not what we are used to. No bed bugs that we could see, major bonus. Gave it a 2 star because the workers were very nice and it was located near some good restaurants and stores.

I have stayed in some cheap hotels but htis one take the cake. I got a smoking room and asked for a non smoking room. was told that [...]hey wouldn't change my room. The maintenance person ( who scared even me) came up and sprayed the room for the smell. this lasted only about 20 minutes. The bed was so hard I would have been better off sleeping on the concrete floor. And to top it off this hotel was such a dive there was a bottle opener attached to the wall be the t.v.

Unlike all the other motels we stayed in during the trip, this motel had their continental breakfast from 7am till 9am instead of the normal 6am till 9am. I asked why and was told it was a money saving decision since most of the travelers would leave for the Daytona races or Disney early and would not have time for the breakfast.. Also, we were in the area a day earlier than expected but this motel would not match the price we had already booked the motel for, for the other days even though rooms were available.. So, we didnt stay there. Their loss!

good location near Sanford airport. Great and diverse restaurants in the immediate area.

Good place to stay, very close to I4 and any attractions. Great food in the area and the Mall is right next door.

We only needed the room for a good night's sleep which we got. Amenities were not important since we spent most of our time visiting friends and little time in our room. The staff were very accomodating. We knew what to expect and were not surprised.

The entire staff was friendly and mannerable each day we encountered them. They were accommodating, willing to provide and respond to request for personal service. My previous stay was in January 2010 with Super 8 down the street. It was my worst experience in years. From front desk check in staff on, this privately owned motel will never again have my patronage.

the hotel has put a dennies in what was part o the parking lot os parking is limited.to make matters worse the restraunt is open 24 hrs. so all night it was noisey with loud voices cars in and out all within 10 ft of your room.contunally beign woke up by this clammor. We will never stay there again.

We stayed here while attending the race at Daytona. Will never stay there again. The staff acted like we were bothering them and did not have anything to say when we checked in. Had to go back to the front desk to find out the password to access internet and what channel HBO was on. Room was not very clean, (hair on the bathroom floor. Not worth the money spent!
