Perfect for visit to parents
My parents live in Port St. Lucie and my husband and I stay here. It's a great value and the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. There is no restaurant on site but there are plenty down the road and an entertainment complex borders the property. There is a very nice continental breakfast and a microwave and refrigerator in the room. I wish the cable service had more channels (there's plenty but just not a few in particular I was looking for) but otherwise this hotel is a solid bet.

Drive down St. Lucie West Boulevard (in the opposite direction of the highway) and you'll find fast food, healthy fast food, a great beer and wine bar, restaurants, and a grocery store.

A pleasureable experience for the price.
My stay at the Holiday Inn Express was wonderful. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The FREE breakfast was simply outstanding; not what I expected. I figured a continental breakfast would be offered, but the hot food bar, vast selection of juices, pastry, and fruit was a surprise. I enjoyed having a microwave and mini fridge in the room for my convenience. For the price, it cannot be beat. I will definitely utilize their facility again!

A clean and economical experience
There was no problem here and the staff I met at check-in were great. The morning person at the counter didn't look to happy, but no problems at all.

Great location
This property is very close to I-95 and easy to find. It was clean and very adequate for a one night stay. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

THere for a family death.
[...] were very helpful and friendly. The staff were all professional and friendly. Food at the breakfast buffet was good. I would stay there again.

Bad Rap
Can't understand the poor star rating, this place is excellent for the best price around. For a clean, quite place to stay, with free breakfast, give it a try.
