Awesome family and pet friendly!

I am a professional that travels with my family and dogs. This place was awesome- simple yet pet-friendly. Staff was so nice to us and we spent the days on the beach with the dogs laying at our feet. The beach grill has a very Caribbean feel- kind of loud with music at nights, but really- it adds to the whole culture and flavor of being by the beach! We ate at the Hilton but it seemed much less "vibrant" than the Paradise Inn. And the beach was a white sand with water that was green and turquoise with a beautiful pier. Would love to stay at this little hidden gem again!

Needs More Renovation

I stayed over Halloween and there was a party at the grill/bar. When the party broke up, I could hear everyone returning to their rooms and the parties that continued in the rooms. The room had a moldy aroma and the floor need a good vacuuming and mopping. There was no chair in the room. The food in the grill was very good, but smoking was available everywhere. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend it and wouldn't stay here again. Too bad, because the staff is very friendly.

Great hotel located on the bayside

This hotel has all the necesities without the choas of a huge hotel. THe rooms are clean and comfortable and the location couldn't be better. The restraunt/bar has great food and good music. The hotel it's self is cute, its an older hotel. A bonus is they except pets. Staff is very helpful.

feel treated second class person there

When booked hotel on march, was 3 days. Later cancelled 1 night and orbitz told me to call hotel. I Did and clerk [...] after some arguments was agree. At check in time, she wanted charge for 3 nights and was very nasty with us. Later the problem was fixed when she call orbitz back. Beside that, the pool is only a big bathtub, with 6 or 8 person a time capacity. No tables for breakfast, and is no worth. May be cheap for yhe area ( $100 a night), but next time I`ll look for something better in another coast city. Ahhhh...their beach is not for children use, because has a minimum of 4 feet deep and no sand where they can play. But people who like to drink where happy with the tiki bar. From 1 to 10 for me was 5.
