the drive home
wanted a extra rollaway bed ,but was not available(requested when booking).would have liked a fridge and microwave, but not necessary. One bed had spots on sheets although the sheets looked clean.Other than that it was an average stay, not great, not bad.Stayed here a year ago and it seemed a lot nicer, that's why I rebooked this year.

Great midway stop
This was our stop between Texas and west coast Florida. The hotel is transport friendly, meaning if you're in a commercial truck or towing a trailer, there's enough parking space to accommodate your vehicle and maneuver it back onto I-10. A big plus is it's pet friendly, with a generous area to relieve your pooch. It's quiet for being right by the highway, and the beds were so comfortable we didn't want to leave as early as we had to!

Denny's is in the same parking lot as the hotel. It's 24 hours and you can even call in your order to save the wait.

Great The Price
The location is ideal for the traveler just resting for the night. Its right off the freeway. Easy to get off and on. There were decent places to eat nearby. Our room was clean but could use a little updating. The hotel staff were very nice. I would consider it well worth the price and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Will never return!
My nightmare in Pensacola started with this hotel. We booked two rooms a month in advance and arrived 2.5 hours early for early check in at the front desk. My family is interracial and expereinced our 1st bit of racism when we were checked in after two caucasian families that arrived after us. We were given smoking rooms after requested non-smoking due to health issues. We then had to suffer in the heat and rain through the maintenance men switching out TV's! Our rooms were then switched to non-smoking and we had to carry all of our luggage to the other end of the hotel. The room we finally settled in had a leaking AC unit and my husband caught a cold because the floor near the unit stayed wet and the AC never turned off. The cleaning service only emptied one trash can the next day and clearly did not clean the bathroom. It is needless to say that we will never return to this hotel nor Pensacola, FL!!!

The only place that gave us EXCELLENT service was Teriyaki Cafe. The food was great and the service was equally great. DO NOT go to The Shrimp Basket because they seated 5 other parties that arrived after us. If you are considering Pensacola, FL - go somewhere else!!!

Hoosier visit
Good value for the price. Very convenient access to PCC and the airport. Very basic breakfast; nothing hot (other than what goes in a toaster). One of the slowest elevators in the world, although the doors will get you if you're not fast going in or out. Toilets take some coaxing to perform adequately at removing waste.

Please demolish this hotel (motor lodge)
Dirty, old, cramped, noisy and broken down. There was only one attendent at the front desk any time we were there but there was a sour smelly mop next to the coffee bar in the lobby. People checking out immediately, when they saw their room. We've had good experiences at La Quinta before; they were hotels. This is an old motor lodge painted yellow; all exterior rooms with outside stairs and one elevator. LaQuinta is off our list.

Hotel
Very helpful front desk clerk. We had problems getting our door open. Rather than explaining "how-to", she walked with me to the room and showed us. Great attitude - not at all frustrated but instead was happy to serve us.
