Great Hotel
The staff was very friendly. Our maid was a little lax but, I don't think that is the normal experience. Everybody was super helpful and friendly. Gym, Laundry, Outdoor pool, 5 min from airport, 5 min from very large indoor mall with everything, 8 min from a walmart, full kitchen, Breakfast, and evening snacks on weekdays (with a posted menu for the week in your room), You just can't beat it.

All that we could ask for
We were visiting Pensacola for a few days to basically relax on the beach. We arrived at the Homewood Suites around 3:30 p. m. and our room was ready (plus). The representative at the front desk was patient and kind when explaining all of the hotel amenities. (He even called the room later that evening to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction.) We were impressed with the size of our two bedroom suite-more than enough room for a family of four. The beds were comfortable and we had enough pillows which is usually a problem. This hotel also offered a complimentary evening meal M-Th which helped us save money during our vacation. The food was delicious! The hotel location was in close proximity to everything that we wanted to visit (Pensacola Beach, Sam's Fun City, restaurants, and shopping). The only somewhat negative that we experienced was the noise level of the air conditioning unit whenever it would jump on and off. Other than that we couldn't be more pleased with our stay and will definitely be staying at the Homewood Suites again!

Wonderful
I didn't know what I was getting into when I made the reservations. I knew the part of town and knew it was safe, but hotel wise I didn't know anything about. The hotel was fabulous. Very clean, very nice furniture and very roomy. A King size room could handle a couple of kids staying in the living room area on the fold out couch. The Kitchen was great also. I enjoyed being in the room very much and will tell all my friends and family how wonderful the stay was. I plan on making all my trips and checking to see if there is a Homewood Suites available. We had a continental Breakfast which was very nice and the dining area was very large. Not like a lot of these hotels where the dining area is cramped. Homewood Suites has it together in Pensacola, Florida. Thumbs up to the Manager there.
