No Bathtub...Only Shower!!
My husband and I stayed at this Holiday Inn for six days while visiting family. I was surprised to see that our room did not have a bathtub...only a (walk in) shower!!Had I known this before booking, it would have been a deal breaker. I suppose it's my fault for not asking, but never having had this happen before, I didn't know to ask...I unfortunately assumed there would be a bathtub. I don't know if it's possible when booking on [...]to know beforehand if your room will have a bathtub, but if not, I won't be using them in the future.The hotel staff apologized and would have moved us to another room with a bathtub, but they didn't have one available. I don't understand why Holiday Inn would have only showers when the tub/shower combination would please all their guests preferences!Everything else about this hotel was fine. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were small and virtually flat. Why do they use such small pillows on a king size bed? The room was cleaned efficiently and timely. There was no free breakfast and we did not eat in their restaurant, but the one room service evening meal we had was great. We didn't get a chance to check out the work out room. The staff was friendly and very helpful when the internet service didn't work in our room. They printed our boarding passes at the front desk for us. (They only have two computers in their business center, and one was in use and the other being repaired.) They don't offer a shuttle, but we were able to take a taxi to the airport for only $7.With everything that went right, I hate to give this hotel such a low rating, but the lack of a bathtub in our room was a MAJOR dissatisfaction in an otherwise pleasant stay. So, I would recommend this hotel, but warn you in advance that some of their rooms have showers only!

Trip to the beach
Nice location for getting to the beaches in Pensacola area. Entering and exit location abit hard at times. The I-10 off ramps and on ramps are near the main enterence of the only street to enter the location.

Good Location
Room was good - Staff seemed efficient and friendly, but on the last day someone changed my food bill by adding $30 to a tip, I called the hotel and they gave me credit eventually but it required three calls and too much argument.

Nice hotel, but not the clientele
The hotel is in an "OK" area. Upon arrival, the hotel looks very good, it's rooms are adequate and clean. Showers are very clean! However, we were not too happy to see that after 5pm each night, there were groups of men outside the building, and in the elevators, and in the common areas. Very uncomfortable feeling. Great hotel if you are a business man traveling alone. Not so great if you have a wife or daugthers with you.

Great Place To stay

Good Location at a Good Price
We stayed for a nice quiet evening. The rooms are clean and large at a good price. The staff is friendly and corteous. Kem's restaurant is pretty good if not a bit overpriced.

Very Nice
Rooms were clean and extremely quiet. Hotel is located just off a busy street, but no street noise bothered us.
