...unsurpassed...
I had family come visit me and overall the hotel was well worth my buck... It was historic, outstanding, great views of the ocean( i was on the 14th floor), The restaraunts were located near the hotel, I would also reccomend a great irish pub down the street from the hotel, just ask the staff for directions!, The bar was very elegant and amazing as well as the grand staircase and staff. One thing that I will never forget is The beds, pillows, and blankets! wow!!! ive never slept so good in my life... Beautiful place, and close to the beach as well.

GREAT GETAWAY TO THE BEACHES AND DINING
My daughter played in a college softball tournament at UCF. Our hotel location was perfect 15 min from everything. Easy access to highways and to the beaches. Great restaurants just minutes away from hotel. Room was very comfortable. The train station atmosphere was great. I didn't even mind hearing a train at night pass by, gave the hotel some more character. The staff were very nice and friendly. WE enjoyed our stay and would stay there again, if we return to Pensacola for anything.

Nice and comfortable stay!
My wife and i enjoyed the hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly. The restaurant in the hotel service was really good but, the food was ok. My wife and i enjoyed the history and look of the hotel and surrounding area. Overall a very nice stay, i would recommend to friends and family to stay there.

This hotel is wonderful. The location is fabulous because it close to all the finest downtown dining and nightlife in the heart of Pensacola as well as the shortest distance to Pensacola Beach. The hotels restaurant is fine dining at it's best. The rooms are beautiful.

Unbelievably convenient to Civic Center
Perfect hotel for a concert at Pensacola Civic Center. We could just walk over in less than 5 minutes! Alot of history at the hotel made it special - the place used to be a rail road depot! Had a nice breakfast at the hotel restaurant in the morning.

The best ever! No lie.
Took the wife to Pensacola for a "mental health" weekend and couldn't be more pleased with the hotel. Absolutely everything was perfect! And the renovated train depot and furniture was an added bonus. I've never shot pictures of any hotel we've stayed at, but I shot plenty here. And no, we didn't hear any trains like some other guests complained about.

The air museum at NAS Pensacola is the same caliber of the National Air & Space Museum in D.C. and it's FREE! And beautiful Pensacola beach is only 15 minutes away.

Great historical train station annex as entry to lobby. Fantastic way of preservation. Grand yet not overstated. Friendly staff. Perfect stay. No rooms avail. beachfront. Closest option. Short drive from beach. Nice view overlooking bay.

Crown Plaza Pensacola
Stayed on very short notice, mid week staff was very helpful and pleasant when needed, used the restaurant for breakfast food was very good, staff was fun. Pool area was OK. and the bar at night was uneventful, but the staff was good. Hotel would be great when you have an event at the convention center, other wise a little off the beaten path. Still the rooms were clean and the staff helpful I would probably stay there again
