Wonderful. Staff was very friendly
My stay was a wonderful experience. The rooms are large and very clean. From the minute we walked into the hotel we were greeted with friendly staff members. It is located in a great area. It is close to many restruants and shopping is about ten minutes away. I will return on my next visit.

Great Stay!
This was my second stay at this hotel. The staff is consistently courteous and helpful. The rooms have been very comfortable. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and clubs.

Nice place to stay
We have stayed at the Courtyard several times. It is a nice hotel, convenient to downtown Pensacola. It's quiet and fairly comfortable. It is kept very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The thermostat was in an awkward place that wasn't well lighted. We had difficulty maintaining a comfortable temperature. We have stayed in a number of hotels in Pensacola, and the Courtyard is a good mix of value, location and comfort.

Wonderful Choice!
This hotel was a perfect choice for my 10 year old son and myself. The room was clean and well decorated. My son loved the huge TV! The pool and hot tub were wonderful and refreshing after our trip to the beach a few miles away. I chose this hotel because we were attending a show at the Civic Center. The hotel was within walking distance if you choose to walk and is a very easy, uncomplicated drive if you choose to drive. The staff was so helpful and courteous and there were a variety of restaurants all around the hotel. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the firm mattress on the bed. They weren't uncomfortable, just not as soft as I'm used to.

Perfect hotel if you're planning on attending something at the Civic Center. You're not within walking distance from the beach; however, it's just a short, pretty drive and it keeps you out of all of the chaos that comes along with staying on the beach.

"Great Getaway"
I've never been to pensacola and didn't know the area at all. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the location was walking distance to several nice resturants. I plan to go back soon and take the kids!!!!!

Really great, in all areas
The hotel was in a perfect location for our reason for travelling. The front desk help were ALWAYS the most friendly and the most helpful I have ever seen at a hotel. thank you.

Good Hotel
The first room we were given was not very clean and there was "buzz" coming from the wall. We complained and were immediately given another room - someone came up with a luggage cart and moved out stuff. This room was fine - cleaner and quiet. Service throughout our stay was excellent. Location is a little out of the way but acceptable.
