Pensacola hotel located near the University of West Florida
The Courtyard by Marriott Pensacola is located less than a mile from the University of West Florida, and convenient to several major Pensacola businesses, including Exxon. Dixie diver
Roach motel fairly near airport
The fact that there were two little brown roaches in my room, doesn't allow me to think of too much else. I did ask to speak with a supervisor, but Rochelle, @ the front desk, said she was not available. When I asked for some kind of adjustment to my bill, Rochelle told me that since the reservation was a third party, nothing could be done. I told Rochelle that I was not too happy about roaches running over my toothbrush during the night, could she give me a new one, which she did. Scott, the maintenance man, came to my room for a "report" & assured me the Orkin man would make a visit. That didn't help me much! I would not recommend this hotel.

"Charley's" restaurant was pleasant with a variety of food available on their menu. The staff was very efficient and very pleasant. I would recommend.

Cute, but not all that...
The room was $139 a day... No breakfast or complimentary anything... The hotel is not located near anything to do... The room was cute, but not comfortable at all.

Clean and Comfortable
The hotel was a nice comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were soft and clean and the bathroom was roomy. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

My biggest issue with most of the Courtyard Chain is as a business traveler you have lots of paperwork to do most times. the air conditioner blows directly at the desk area. So you freeze or you turn it off and it's hot. Seems the furniture layout could be slighty different and this would be avoided

Nice Hotel
We went for the Air Show in Pensacola and the Museum of Naval Aviation. We had a very nice weekend. The hotel was nice, the staff was friendly, the room was clean (but smelled mildew).

Nice place to rest after a long day
We had a late check-in due to car trouble early in the day. The staff accomodated us with no trouble at all and we were in our rooms in minutes. Beds were extremely comfortable, also appreciated that the sheets for the pull out couch were already in the room. Breakfast was very good and we were back on the road in record time. Would definitely stay there again.
