Poor Customer Service
We had a problem with the air-conditioning in the room, and management refused to change rooms. [...] We had booked two rooms for two nights, but we only stayed one night. Staff does not know how to treat their guests.

Good service and location
This hotel was located close to our meetings and had a variety of restaurants nearby. The hotel staff gave great suggestions on where to dine and even provided us a map. Good service!

The Youngs
Pleasant Hotel Not Customer Service
The hotel lived up to its expectations but not the customer service. The front desk staff could have better customer service. No greeting unless they were greeted or acknowledged first. When asked questions about dining areas, the person act like she didn't know the whereabouts of such places. We found them on our own and we don't even live in Florida. As for the hotel itself, its wonderful. I give it a five star rating.

Great hotel! Clean and beautiful rooms!
My husband and I absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and most of all very clean! Free wi-fi is always a plus. We will stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Pensacola, FL.

Nice Quiet Stay With Friendly Staff
Hotel was a bit hidden and was far from center of town. However the staff was friendly, the hotel was quiet, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was good, and generally we were very pleased. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice and clean. The man at the front desk was a little slow about my credit card questions, he didn't know how much I was going to be charged since I booked through orbitz.
