Bad Service, smelly rooms
Bad service when checking in. Was told they had no rooms available after we were told we could do early check-in. Our bathroom in our room smelled like a sewer. The good part was that our bed was comfortable and we slept well and the person who checked us out was nice and helpful as well. Breakfast was ok, but not the best. Thought this would be a great place for the price, but was mistaken.

Over all the hotel was nice. The continental breakfast SUCKED!!! Powdered Eggs; and I think is was sausage. YUK. If they would fix that it would be a return for me. Very friendly staff!!!!

Fairly nice place, breakfast needs a little help. Short drive to best beaches in the lower 48. Family Oriented!

A good place to sleep, not for beach vacation
The Comfort Inn Pensacola on Pine Forrest was nice enough, the staf friendly, and the room felt clean and comfortable. It is convenient to I-10, just one block north, but if you plan to visit the beaches daily, it is much too far to enjoy the festivities on the island. I was not very happy that I could not check in when I arrived around noon, as check in is at 3, even though the parking lot was empty. It took over an hour and 1/2 for the staff to contact the front desk to let them know they had one ready for me. I will be traveling to Pensacola/Mobile frequently this summer, and on the one or two nights each time I stay in Pensacola, I will be happy to stay here again IF the rates drop (I staysd during a holiday weekend).

Short walk from hotel
Forget nearby; Locals choice? The Fish House, Mr. Manatees, Dharma Blue, Blue Dot Burger & ribs, Jerry's Drive-In,Marina Oyster Barn. On the Island/Pensacola Beach, Peg Leg Pete's for the best steamed, fried, or broiled seafood and oysters any way you can imagine. (by a 7-yr former resident)

It's OK.
Stayed a 2nd unplanned night. Easy in and out to interstate.

Very basic hotel with little to offer. I guess that was why it was the only one with rooms available. Not much value for the money
