Gnat bugs in room. 2 flat dead pillows on king size bed. Would not give us 2 more. Cig burn holes on furniture, carpet, tv and sink counter. Continental breakfast was a loaf of bread/toaster/ margarine, cereal/milk sitting on counter area/bowls, orange juice jug on counter, bad coffee/no creamer. Pitiful!! Outside our door was trash in bushes and laying on grounds. BAD!

Horrible experience and service with this hotel. Initially my trip was delayed a day but my partner was arriving on time. They initially refused check in for him since he had a different last name until we had 4 phone calls and a faxed form with my driver's license and credit card info even though the room was already prepaid. The reservation was for a king bed, non-smoking. The first room they checked him into was already occupied and he walked into that couple being intimate (oops!). They then moved him to a single double bed room. On my arrival for the 2nd night - when we requested the king bed as reserved, we were moved into a king but a smoking room and I have asthma and couldn't stay there. We were then moved to a room with 2 double beds. My partner is over 350 pounds and the 2 of us can't fit in a double - that is why we always reserve at least a queen. We spent the next 2 nights sleeping in separate beds. The hotel said there was nothing they could do - despite having confirmed prepaid reservations. Overall, an unsatisfactory experience and despite my partner having stayed at this hotel several times alone in the past, I will not be back.

None of the things listed that the motel provided were there. No ironing board or iron.Coffee maker but no coffee or condiments. The toilet did not flush and had to flush it with water from the ice bucket. The key would not open the door and had to sit outside until the manager came to open it. My room was switched to the one next door but that had no microwave or refrigerator. This is a NO frills place to stay. The room was clean I'll have to say that and the staff was polite and helpful. This was 1 step above the motel I stayed at elsewhere in Pensacola that had roaches.

The room was dirty. Smelled of urine. The tub was clogged, the sheets did not smell good. The free continental breakfast did not exist. The hotel staff said they stopped the breakfasts and "forgot to change that with the travel sites like [...]". I will never recommend this place to anyone ever.

The room was cheap and I know you usually get what you pay for. However we stayed in a resort in Kissimmee for $5 more and it was fabulous. So that made this hotel seem even worse. The area of Pensacola was great. The beaches were terrific. Highly recommend going to Pensacola. The desk clerk here acted as if I was interrupting her personal phone call while she was sitting at the check in desk. Certainly did not make me feel welcome. And the room smelled.

I picked my mom up from the pensacola airport late and we needed a place to stay before going on to orange beach. I requested a nonsmoking room and the room reeked of smoke and another weird odor as soon as we opened the door. Everything was dirty, especially the curtains, walls, bathroom. The only good thing was the low price and that surprisingly there were no signs of bedbugs on the sheets. It wouldn't have been that bad, besides the smell, but when we laid down the sheets felt really damp and were smelly. Even though we wanted to sleep in, we woke up early and got out of there. We didn't expect anything grand or nice for the cheap price, but the smells and wet feeling through the night were awful.

Booked online for 2 nights only stayed 1night. Drug deals were being done at the bottom of the stairs. And then some drunk stood in front of our room door for 15-20 minutes. Called the front desk for the wifi pass code and couldn't understand him and he was very rude cause I kept asking him to repeat himself. I know better next time.

This hotel is memorable as the least friendly in a 3800 mile trip. Overpriced, did not honor online price, I arrived at 3am, and they insisted on charging for a check out past 11am. Wifi wasn't working. Room was overpriced and stunk of cheap perfume. There are better options.

Our room was not cleaned. I had a little terrible night. I could not recommend this inn to anybody.

There was no breakfast, no coffe maker, microwave or fridge in the rooms. Basic items like drinking cups were never replenished and the cleaning staff didn't spoke english nor spanish so there was no way to cumunicate with them. Definitively my worts stay.
