WyndhamVR Panama City Beach

This was a perfect vacation!! Delores at the front desk was AMAZING!!!

I loved my stay here - the room was gorgeous, spacious and right on the Gulf. However, what left a very bad taste in my mouth is that my husband and I somehow got roped into sitting in on a timeshare presentation that the Wyndham staff will push on you relentlessly and hunt you down like dogs to get you to attend. It was supposed to be a 90 min presentation, which is terrible enough, but ours would up being FOUR HOURS OF TORTURE. It was awful. My only advice if you stay here is to DECLINE THE TIMESHARE PRESENTATION!!! Don't give into their persistent badgering or fall prey to the "we'll give you a 8 day/7 night vacation for free if you sit in on it". It's a shame b/c I would definitely give the resort 5 stars if it wasn't for the annoying time-share sales reps who roam this facility.

good only thing is we wasnt aware that its a 150 dollars holding fee when you get to the hotel ppl should be warned that before they book...!!!

The hotel was clean and cozy. But the environment was relatively loud because it was summer season and there were a lot of people out there.

Very Nice hotel. Firm but comfortable bed. Having the mini kitchen really helped. There are two reasons why I did not give 5 stars: 1) our room shared a small hall with another room and every time the outside hall door opened or closed it sounded like someone coming into our room and 2) they have certain areas where you park your car where pigeons have nests. I had to wash my car after parking 1 day.

This was a perfect anniversary trip. We enjoyed the stay at the Wyndham very much. It was clean, and the staff was very nice. We enjoyed the beach and the view. Very good stay!!!

When we arrived we were told there was construction going on and they had notified everyone, except me that is. We were told they would move us to a lower room so we would not hear the jackhammers. I said no I want a refund. They finally "found" a room on the 12th floor were the noise would be limited. This was after they triec to tell me the only available room was on the 19th floor and construction was on the 21st floor. They then tried to sell me on the time share presentation I really did not want to deal with it but said ok just to get to my room. I did not go to the presentation and I thought it a bit tacky of an approach. The jackhammer noise on the 12th floor was no very noticeable. The phone did not work,the entry door was extreamly hard to open, three lites were burned out. The room was clean and the amenities were fine and the staff nice.

no services, no restaurant, no room service, no daily room cleaning???! Try to sell me a time share when I pay top dollar. Uncomfort sofa - microwave broken would not go back!

the hotel was not designed well. many have parking across the road so that all rooms are ocean front, but this one had an inconvenient way of getting to the elevators from the parking garage. You had to go up or down a floor to actually get to the elevators that take you to your room. These were crowded, slow and out of order most of the time. The staff pushed a presentation from Wyndham, misrepresented the events. They offered breakfast, which consisted of cereal and milk. The sales pitch took 2 hours, and the young man got angry at the end. They promised they could help us get results from RCI, but in fact, needed over 10 thousand dollars to "help". The spring breakers were so loud that we had to move the mattresses to the living area to sleep, then there were fire-works until the wee hours of the morning. The room was nice, the staff was friendly and nice as well, but too loud, inconvenient and no restaurants. we did walk to Pier Park every day for lunch - that was nice.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Wyndham during Easter Vacation. There was a nice mix of couples, families, and spring breakers. The room was perfection, the view superb, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. We enjoyed a very relaxing stay. A+
