The Watercrest is an exclusive 163 unit gulf front 18 story high rise located directly on Panama City Beach and packed with a variety of amenities. All units feature oversized accommodations starting at 1367 sq ft., washer / dryers, oversized balconies that face the Gulf of Mexico, fully equipped kitchens & serviced by the on site rental office managed by Royal American Hospitality.
Mandatory $45 damage waiver insurance policy (non refundable). Covers up to $1,500 in accidental damages.
$15 registration fee (one time fee per vehicle)
Departure Cleaning Fee:
2 bedroom - $90
3 bedroom - $120
Cancelation policy: For normal dates (no holidays or special events) there is a 7 day cancelation policy. Canceling after making reservation is $45. Canceling within 7 days of arrival date is the first night's room & tax plus $45. Holidays and special events have a 10 day cancelation policy.

The Watercrest is where ...
The Watercrest is where we wanted to stay.As we Arrived at the Grandveiw that is on front beach road we saw the pool first. Was very dissappoited. The pool sets up under the building and was very small and in the shade. The water was so so cold that we never got in. We always spend alot of time at the pool while on vacation. The codo was very nice and very new.

The Watercrest condominium was great for the price. Our particular condo needed a bit of maintenance (wood rot, dusty), but the overall cleanliness was very acceptable. We would not mind staying there again.

My stay at Watercrest was very enjoyable. There was one thing that surprised me. It was that upon checking in I had to give a $200 deposit. Other than that I would recommend that particular condo to everyone. Very nice, clean and comfortable.

Great vacation place
We enjoyed Watercrest very much. The weather was not the best but the room was very clean and nicely furnished. The pool and deck area were very nice and clean also. The only thing that didn't work was the wireless internet service. We had a great time and would like to stay there again in June.

Very Nice Condo
The Watercrest Condos were very nice. We had a two bedroom/two bathroom, and it was very roomy. We had a large, fully furnished kitchen, a laundry room, and a nice view from the balcony. The location was perfect! Very close to everything: supermarket, recreational activities, St. Andrew's Park, etc. We will definitely stay there again. The only downside was they were remodeling and it got noisy during certain parts of the day. We heard very loud drilling in the unit above us. They were pressure washing early one morning. And they are re-painting so on certain days you had to be out of your unit at a certain time or you had to stay in your unit all day! Fortunately we were not affected by the painting because our floor had been done the week before we arrived. The check-in/check-out staff were really stupid. They were not very helpful at all and checking out took us about 15 minutes.
