The room was disgusting
The beach was great, beach-side bar across the street was great, the ONE hotel desk guy was great, other than that I have never stayed in a worse place. The carpet was so AWFUL looking that we were afraid to walk on it with our bare feet so we had to wear sandals. One time I got out of bed and didn't wear my sandals the bottoms of my feet were covered in soot-like grime. There were stains everywhere and tons of black scuff marks on the walls. The room looked like the aftermath of a keg party and a bar fight. The room was so grimy I felt the need to thoroughly check the entire mattress for BED BUGS. Great location, great beach, ONE great front desk attendant, other than that this place is the equivalent to a truck-stop hotel. Way to push off your remnant disgusting rooms.

Always great!
Every time I stay there at this hotel, it's always a good experience. It's always clean, the linens are fresh, the dishes and silverware, plus refrigerator are nice extras to have. And the decor is so pretty, makes you think you are staying in a very expensive hotel. Will continue to stay here again and again!!

Lies upon Lies
We booked our trip online and paid online, but once we got there they charged us for a "cleaning fee" When we went to check in they told us we had to go across the street to check in check out and if we needed anything (towels, toilet paper, new key cards) we had to go across the street AGAIN. They also lie online. They show 2 different hotels in the photos so you really dont know what kind of room your getting. The tv didnt have but one channel to watch and they said they offered breakfast but there was no such thing once we got there. The only plus side was the pool & even though we had to walk across the street to the beach it was very close

Would definitely stay here again
It was very nice. We did switch rooms when we first got there because we wanted a seperate bedroom from the sleeper sofa. I just called the front desk and they were very understanding and had no problem moving us to a different room. I have no complaints about the room or the service at all. Everything was great. The only thing I do have a complaint about was the hidden $500 damage fee when we checked in. On the website it says all you would pay at the front desk at check in was $130 and we got there and had to pay a little over $500. We were in shock but somehow managed to pay it, and we did get it back at the end of the trip, so it wasn't as bad. Other than that, I had a great spring break and I would most definitely stay here again or recommend it to a friend!

Good except for elevators
My room we pretty good. I bought the standard 1BR, I thought it would be bigger but it wasn't. My family of four was cramped. The appliances are nice, But the lighting is terrible at night. In the day you can open the curtains and have natural light, but at night you are pretty much straining your eyes. The elevators are HORRIBLE. I was on the 11th floor and best time to use the elevators would be early dawn and midnight. Other than that the elevators are packed and slow. Be ready to wait for an elevator ride. They need to build more elevators. The location was good, all you need to do is cross the street and you're on the beach. Staff is nice.

Overall a great stay for the price
I will make this short and simple only stating the facts. The location of the place is awesome! In a more cleaner, calmer part of the beachfront ( if you know PCB, you know this place can get congested fast!). The area is perfect...walking distance from several good eats including sharkeys and all american diner (breakfast buffet). The beach is right across the street and is very nice and not too packed. The room was very clean and quiet. The only complaints i had were the staff ( a little rude) and the balcony is not your standard beach balcony (mine was inside the pool area basically looking directly at the other walls. The balcony issue is somewhat to be expected if you take a look at the pics of this place. All and all, I will return again next summer (im going to book the 2 br so I can get the front view of the beach). Considering the great price of this condo ($150-$180) and the fact that I love where this place is located, I will return. Hopefully the staff will become a little more friendly. Oh, and I should mention that I went on memorial day weekend 2011 and it was VERY BUSY, that being said, I think everything went as well as one could expect.
