Legacy by the sea

This was the fourth Hotel / Condo that we stayed at everytime we visit Panama City Beach. The room was clean as can be with daily room cleaning service and No Clean-up fees/Charges. Great location with average amenities (small pool) and offers free continental breackfast (just so-so). Parking is limited in front of the hotel with some overflow in basement (not suitable for suburbans and the like) and across the street behind a convinience store. Internet service via third party provider at $ 9.99/day or $ 24.99/week. Overall the Value is great for our 4 day stay.

Although there was not nearly enough parking, the outside of the hotel was beautiful and in a great location. The lobby was very clean, and the woman at the front desk was very helpful. We stayed in a double suite. The bedroom part was very nice, comfortable beds, tv, and plenty of room for our things. The bathroom was also nice, but the kitched, not so much. The fridge had dents all over it and looked very trashy. It wasn't very clean either. The living room part was clean and very nice, as was the balcony. Overall it was a very nice hotel.

This place is not worth it! there was a big hole in the wall, the beds where cheap & uncomfortable. forget about the complementary Breakfast it's the worst and they only serve it from 6-9am. who gets up at 6 am on vatcation? do yourself a favor and find another place to stay. we spent $159. a night, not worth $59.a night!

The Legacy is the perfect place to stay because it has everything you need. The frontdesk staff was nice and helpful. The housekeepers were great as well. The views from your balcony were breathtaking. The continental breakfast is a little on the lame side but not terrible.

On the positive side, the view was spectacular, made only more spectacular at sunset. The rooms are average, older, but appliances all worked. Staff was there but not helpful with information abut the area. On our last day we left our room at 9:30 AM and returned about 5:30 PM. The room had not been cleaned while we were gone. We called the front desk and were told that the housekeeping staff had left hours earlier but that we could bring our used towels down to the front desk and they would exchange them for clean ones. When we checked out the next day, I told the manager that the uncleaned room had affected our feeling about our stay and the hotel. [...] Panama City Beach has many hotels and condos; we will find a different one to stay at next time we vacation there.

We were a late check in but every thing we needed was in the room. It was very clean and the beds were ok but not like home but pretty comfortable.. The location is quite and since we were on the way to Destin we were pleased with the location.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. Here's why we chose it again: Excellent beach location, convenient for shopping, eating, swimming, grabbing a "brew on the beach", very friendly staff and the clean double suites, all at a great price.

Was in town to volunteer for Ironman. Arrived late and think we woke up the front desk clerk. As much personality as a bump on a log. Easy check in otherwise. Got to room on 7th floor and was NOT pleasantly surprised when entering room. Unattractive decor and a lot smaller than appeared online pics. The bedding awful! You could feel the box springs digging into you back! Ouch! Small balcony with two plastic chairs only. Although the view was spectacular! Fire alarms went off in the middle of the night and we had to abandon room and head for stairwell. Fire department arrived and it was false alarm. Fire alarm went off again but this time it was to tell us it was a false alarm. Jeepers! No sleep for us that night. Staff in morning just laughed about our late night/ early morning false alarm. Said "well the building didn't burn down"! Continental breakfast not edible! The underground parking lot is scarey! I would not stay at this hotel again. Not comfortable or inviting. Only thing it has going for it is that it is on the beach.

It was nice quiet place for the family,Miss Karen at front desk was very nice and friendly,our tv remote was not working so we told her and less then the second right after we walked in in our room she send service guy to fixed.The pool was decent size our daughter was excited, she loved to be in the pool when not on the beach.Overall nice service ,hotel right on the beach wiev excellent ,pier park decent mall I wish they got more outlet shop like Puma,adidas,oakley,under armour etc.
