La Quinta Inn & Suites Panama City Beach Pier Park

Great hotel, clean room, clean pool, friendly staff. Could not have stayed anywhere else. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Only needed to spend the night. Close to Northwest Florida airport. Staff friendly and helpful. Found us breakfast at 5:00 AM before we had to go catch our flight even though breakfast doesn't start until 6:00. Didn't get to try out the amenities but pool looked nice.

Although we were only here one night at the end of our vacation, it was a very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly. We got a wonderful tip on where to eat. We definitely would consider staying here again.

Hotel has upgraded, modern looking rooms. They are clean upon entrance. We stayed for four nights and ended up having to ask for our towels to be removed from our room as well as ask for fresh towels. Our room was only cleaned 1 time in the 4 days we were there without asking. Aside from that, everything was fine. Hotel is not on the beach but it is in a very good location and about a 5 minute drive to the beach. It has fast access to highways and restaurants as well as shopping and Pier Park. I would recommend it to family or friends.

The first problem I had when I checked in was the room that [...] promised was not available. I was promised 2 queens and given a king inspire of the fact that I got there early to check in. In addition to not getting the proper room, when when we asked for linens for the pull out couch (which were not in our ro where they would be expected to be) I was told that the house keepers had gone home for the night and the person at the front desk told me I should have asked for them at check in. When I told her that doesn't make sense that a hotel wouldn't be able to get bedding she told me she didn't have a key and acted like it wasn't her problem. She then went back into the computer room for the guests to surf the web. After returning to the room another call was made about the linens mentioning that a national chain should not have this problem and when we returned from our trip we would find out if they knew this was a problem so they could fix it. The came with linens 15 minutes later. It was good we got them, but disappointing what we had to do to get them. There just wasn't a concern from the customer at all and the staff member took no pride in her work or her company, which as a customer makes me think I shouldn't either.

Nice, new comfortable hotel. Facility is pleasant And staff accommodating. Location is minutes from beaches and blocks from Pier Park. The breakfast area could be larger.

I like the smoke free environment and the room rate was reasonable for a room with a microwave and fridge. The staff was real nice. The location was good for me because the Bike-show I really wanted to see was at the Pier Park shopping center, which was nearby. I didn't care for the breafast they had and only ate it one of the four mornings I was there.

the people were nice and the rooms were also nice. the beds weren't very comfortable but it wasnt horrible. overall i liked it. wish it was on the beach though.

We came to attend a beach wedding but spent an extra day to look around the area. The staff were extremly helpful with recommending restaurants and shopping. Our rooms were very clean and comfy. We would definately stay again for future trips
