Gulf Highlands Resort is an affordable 60-acre property located conveniently across the street from a private beach and beachfront club house. Centrally located in the heart of Panama City Beach, just a short drive to Pier Park and Frank Brown Park Sports Complex, Gulf Highland Resort is the perfect family destination with many amenities and activities right on site. Enjoy a dip in one of our ten pools, relax in our hot tub or watch the kids splash in the kiddie pool. Enjoy a round of 18-hole mini golf or challenge your partner to a game of tennis or shuffleboard. There is almost no end to the fun when staying at Gulf Highlands Resort. To ensure you will never run out of things to do, all guests will receive a free amenities package for each paid night of stay. Minimum age at check-in is 25. Our beaches have NOT been impacted by the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, and our beaches are as beautiful as ever. Do not change your vacation plans when you are fully protected. Counts Oakes Resort Properties is pleased to offer a -Clean Beach Guarantee Program.- No Cancellation Fee- If our beaches are impacted in any way due to the oil spill you can cancel your reservation without any penalty or cancellation fee. Full Refund- If during your stay our area is impacted in any way by the oil spill in the Gulf we will issue you a full refund for the remaining balance of your stay. USD 200 Credit for a Future Stay- In addition to offering a full refund for the remaining balance of your stay we will issue you a USD 200 credit that can be applied towards a future stay. Office hours are 8am-5pm Mon-Sat and 9am-3pm Sunday. Please note that a USD 70.00- USD 110.00 housekeeping fee will be collected at check-in.Reservation Fee- USD 50.00

out dated need reparis

i way told thier were no extar fee that was a lie i had to come out of my pocket $135 that was not fair to me.the house had patio chair for living room and bedroom area.the place needed a touch up everthing it was out date a had to be a 50year old . my stay very high a night they should have paid me to say thier the place way ran down.i won't come back thier again. Orbixe lie TO ME AND SAY THIER WAS NO FEES if it was not so close to check in i would have cancal the trip.dont visit golf highland in Panama. out- date needed repairs
