Grandview condominiums are the gateway between all of the action and entertainment; just seconds from their doors on Front Beach Road and one of the most beautiful and serene sections on the World's Most Beautiful Beaches. And a fabulous gateway they are; huge units of no less than 1,492 square feet with luxurious appointments and the grandest of gulf views.
Mandatory $45 damage waiver insurance policy (non refundable). Covers up to $1,500 in accidental damages.
$15 Registration Fee (one time fee per vehicle)
Departure Cleaning Fee:
2 bedroom - $90
3 bedroom - $120
4 bedroom - $135
Cancelation policy: For normal dates (no holidays or special events) there is a 7 day cancelation policy. Canceling after making reservation is $45. Canceling within 7 days of arrival date is the first nights room & tax plus $45. Holidays and special events have a 10 day cancelation policy.

Disappointed Grandma
Grandview not worth the price!!!
From the very beginning it was a disaster. I booked it through Orbitz which was a big mistake. No one wanted to help you do anything because of that. I had to check in at the Boardwalk, which no one told me, I waited an hour in line at the grandview and was told they couldn't help me because I booked it through Orbitz and that they had problems with Orbitz all the time. They never tell the people everything. I was traveling with a 10 month old baby and we never got into the room until almost 7 pm when the check in time was 4 o'clock, which is too late anyway. So the first day we got to do nothing but paid for a whole day. The floors were not clean. my granddaughter was filthy after crawling on the floor for just a few minutes. We were told we would have umbrellas and chairs on the beach but because we booked through Orbitz we had to pay for them. $30.00 per day. The pool was too small, didn't look anything like the pictures. Not enough parking space, always had to go across the street, everynight was noisy with drunks screaming on the floor we were on. Not family friendly at all. I will never stay there ever again and will never book anything else through Orbitz. Thanks for ruining my family vacation. Also had to pay $16.00 for a parking pass. What a rip off.

My review of Grandview Condominiums
Beautiful room with adequate parking. There were some housekeeping issues, sand on the coach, pieces of trash under the coach, however this was an extremely high turnover season. These flaws would not have stood out had everything else not been so emaculate. The only complaint was at check in we were only issued 1 key and were told they would send the other up when they received them from housekeeping which we never received.

Family Beach Vacation
The accommodations at the Grandview were very good. There was plenty of space for 5 of us and our grandson enjoyed his own bedroom with a day bed and TV. The view from our balcony was spectacular. Sunsets were beautiful. I would highly reccomend this for couples, families, or anyone wanting condo type lodging.

We especially liked the beach and water at St. Andrews State park. The gulf was crystal clear and it was uncrowded.

Nice beach retreat
We enjoyed our stay at Grandview. The hotel density was a plus. Only 45 rooms on 10 floors. We hardly seen any other guests during our 2 day stay.
