Celadon Beach Resort by ResortQuest

The resort is beautifuland located on a wonderful stretch of beach. The staff is very friendly. The only problem we had was the a/c in our unit. the master bedroom was always hot and the unit never got under 80 degrees(even during the nite)we eventually had to close off the vents in all the other rooms to make master bedroom comfortable at nite. the staff tryed to fix a/c problem but eventually had to let pros come in after we checked out.

The world-class beach is right at your doorstep, and the staff is quick to refill your drinks. The only drawback is that the drinks are watered-down and expensive. The rooms were pretty clean - but the tops of the appliances could stand to be cleaned. Parking is a pain across the street.

comfortable, good size, floors could have been cleaner, probably would not have noticed but we had 1 year old twins crawling everywhere and thier legs kept turning black.

Be prepared for late check in times when you get there. We had one of five rooms that a group of friends were at and arrived on different days. We all had to wait for checkin time! They should change the time to 5:30. After checking in, the bunk room did not have power to it, and no light or way to put a light in the hole. Even after getting there, do not ask need another room key or you will get rude service. On our last night, there was a power outage, which was not obviously unavoidable, but there was no one available to let you know what was going on. We will never stay here again, we will go back to Sterling Resorts or the Summit was better than this staff!

My experience was beyond what I could imagine. The Celadon is the most best kept secret there is. I loved everything about the location, room and service. I look forward to coming back next year!!!

The Condo was great, was comparable to Phoenix Condos in Orange Beach, AL if you are familiar to those

It was by far the biggest condo that I've stayed in yet. Great view and great location. You're not in the center of everything. Plenty of chairs to reserve for being on the beach. The guy always kept our area cleaned and made sure we had enough umbrella shade. Very clean and up to date! Plenty of cooking supplies! I would recommend this condo to anybody and I plan on going back in July! Must stay here!

Maintenance Issue with our door. We were locked out of our room for three hours with three small children who were hungry and tired.

Clean, well laid out rooms and a helpful staff who helped on everything with a smile to include the best restaurants to nearest drug store. Hotel is right on a beautiful beach with awesome sunsets (sorry - never saw a sunrise :-))

I thought I was doing well with the hotel until I arrived and was told I had to pay $71.00 for cleaning fee. When I inquired why this was added after I paid for the room, they told me that Orbitz would have to answer the question. I had to pay that amt due to I would not get a refund for the money I had already paid.Total rip off.
