More than i expected
after reading some old reviews and getting such a cheap price I was a little nervous, but I have to say everything was great. Staff was super friendly, rooms were well stocked and clean. Couldnt have gone better! The pool was great and the play center for my 5 year old was wonderful

EXCELLENT VIEW
When I first arrived the staff that checked me in was nice and pointed me to a perfect dinner spot to eat at because at the time not a lot was open during winter season.I went up to the room and everything seemed clean and it wasn't bad for the price either. The view of the beach was amazing and to wake up to the sounds of the ocean waves was unforgettable. The hotel was in the perfect spot, close walking distance to everything even though everything was closed at the time.They offered continental breakfast, but it wasn't anything special just muffins and bagels. When I checked out the staff was nice and quick. My stay in Panama City couldn't be any better

Short drive from hotel
If you visit Panama City Beach ask the staff where Saltwater Grill is that is the most delicious seafood restaurant ever and I've been to a few. Saltwater Grill is now on my top 3 seafood places to eat.

I was leery because I had read some bad reviews. The room was clean, Beds were clean. No bugs. Right on the beach, the hot tub & pool were great. Most hotels I have been to have no hot tub or it is not working. It was spring break, so they had removed coffee makers from room, but since we were older, they gave us a new coffee maker for our room. The price was great.

Short drive from hotel
The pirate cruise is a must for anyone with children. We did not have children, but it was still fun. Shell Island is fun also. Bone fish is great restaurant.

great view, great price
Got a great price on room with an ocean view. Off season the place is a ghost town, but still nice to wake up with the beach/ocean right outside your balcony.

Great location. Great price.
The room was setup different than I've ever seen before. That was nice. I enjoyed the scenery. The only thing that would've been better was later check out and more to choose from breakfast.

good deal for the price.
Arrived early and although the standard check in time was 4PM they allowed me to check in at time of arrival, approx 12PM. Thanks hotel. All rooms have an ocean view; made the booking worthwhile. The weather, luckily was favorable for beach activities like walking, sunning, shell collecting, etc. I highly recommend this hotel; quiet; great ocean view; clean rooms; morning coffee; close to restaurants and bars; close to highway travel, and most of all the rates are affordable.

Liquor store across the street; but pricey. Bring your own booze. Great bar and fun at the VFW at Ashley Rd?. Must be a vet to enter.

Panama City Beach, Great Vacation!
Hotel was older with only 4 or 5 floors , no elevator. Rooms were spacious, and most important clean! Service was great, clean towels everyday. Staff was very friendly. Pool was heated and nice in November. This hotel is a great deal if you are not expecting a lot of lavish amenities that most of the time really doesn't matter anyways. Location is excellent, a lot to see and do within walking distance.Would definitely stay there again and recommend staying there.
