Very nice facility. It was Spring brack and very crowded. Could not use spa because to many people there.

I was leery because I had read some bad reviews. The room was clean, Beds were clean. No bugs. Right on the beach, the hot tub & pool were great. Most hotels I have been to have no hot tub or it is not working. It was spring break, so they had removed coffee makers from room, but since we were older, they gave us a new coffee maker for our room. The price was great.

The pirate cruise is a must for anyone with children. We did not have children, but it was still fun. Shell Island is fun also. Bone fish is great restaurant.

Great Room for Great Price
The hotel was a little out dated, however the room we stayed in was fairly large and was right on the beach. If your looking for a decent hotel thats a great price and right on the beach then this place is perfect for you.

Prison in paradise
Hotel only 20% occupied but they gave me a room on an inner hallway facing the street with many rooms available on the beachside. Stairwells have steel bars up and down to prevent jumpers, I think I heard Johnny Cash singing as I climbed the 4 flights to my closet of a room (I have bad knees and am 68). Highly recommend this place for the massochist or the Marquis de Sade and no others.

New pier center just west of Hotel has many good restaurants. You could walk to these up the beach and forget about your hotel!

One Night Stop Over
Driving through Panama City Beach to Tampa and stopped for the night. Older place with typical beach look, but clean and a great view of the beach and gulf. What made it special was the staff. Very nice and accommodating. Look forward to a return visit.

Everything was amazing, except the lack of elevators
I was given the option to upgrade to a beachfront room for only $11, it was well worth it! Gorgeous beach, amazng views and an excellent place to eat next door! 2 downsides, no wifi in your room you have to sit in the breakfast area, and no elevators so you have to haul your stuff up or down 2 flights of stairs depending on your room! However for the price im not complaining! ALready planning my next trip

mini vacay
parking was good. Balcony was dirty with cigerettes, only 1 roll of toilet paper, mattresses were not clean looking stripped second bed to cover sleeping bed with extra sheets. Bathroom was clean. Couldnt sleep due to noises up until 3a.m.

Oldie but goody
The hotel seems to be a bit older although they are remodeling it. The rooms were always clean, the bed was made every day, and the trash was always emptied daily. The front of the hotel was recently painted and it looks much better than the back. The pool and hot tub were always clean. I do wish they had wi-fi in each room instead of just in the lobby. Another thing I wish they had would be a ramp as well as stairs to get to your room. Its not easy carrying several suitcases up stairs.

Pier Park is just a short walk away with many stores there. There is also several small grocery stores long the way. There are no sidewalks though...just gravel and sand along side of the roads.
