Beach lover
OK hotel, charge extra for visitors
The hotel itself was in an OK condition, beside some bedbugs everything seem clean. They charged us for extra people who came with us but didn't stay for the night. They even show us their security camera images of our group and said they couldn't take our word about those that didn't stay.

No Pool and No Non-Smoking Room!!!
Even though we chose a non-smoking room we learned from the front desk clerk that we were not guaranteed a NON-SMOKING room when booked by a 3rd party. He assured us the hotel was new and that we would not smell cigarettes. Yeah, you guessed it...it smelled like nicotine. Very disappointed in both [...]and Suburban.There is NO pool!!!!

We were there to take a weekend get away to the beach. The room had a very musky smell inside. The elevator and hall way didn't look as clean either. I say the stay was good for what we paid.

Close to Civic Center!
We attended a concert at the Civic Center. This hotel is a perfect location AND it is only 4 miles from the beach. The staff were all friendly. Our room was neat as a pin! Very new with a full sized fridge, stove, etc... We were well pleased.

Short drive from hotel
If you like to shop, go to Pier Park (past the County Pier). Get a free map in the hotel lobby. The park is only 8 miles from the hotel. There are great places to eat also. Furthermore, if you have children, there is a "mini" amusement park.

CLEAN
The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly. The front desk is closed between 11:00pm and 7:00am local time. They do serve a continental breakfast. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the beach. The sheets were very clean as was the living space and kitchen area. The hotel was also very quiet which is nice in an area frequented by college students and party crowds. It is located very close to the bay and shopping areas. There is a small fridge as well as cook tops, microwave, dishes. It is similar to an efficiency or studio apartment. Excellent stay for the money.

GREAT DEAL AMAZING ACCOMODATIONS
Had to book a hotel for college spring break on very short notice during one of panama citys peak season. Was looking to be part of the party but also for the personal quiet time to spend alone. The location of the hotel was perfect for that, located just 5 miles from the action. The condition of the hotel was very clean and suprising large and well kept. Large flatscreen, kitchenette, nice bathrooms, and comfy beds. Spent less than $600 for 5 days! I can definitely say it was money very well spent and I highly recommend it!

The staff made the difference

Great Stay
It was a fairly new hotel so it was quite nicely furnished. We came with a group of 4 college students for spring break and we had no trouble from the friendly staff. However, there was a $200 deposit required per room which was not disclosed when we booked online. It is about a 10 min ride out to the beach which wasn't too bad of a commute depending on traffic. Overall it was a great value.

Value for money
This is an extended stay hotel, with daily renewal of towels and toilet paper and weekly renewal of the bedding and cleaning of the room included in the price. Kitchenette with 2 electric stoves and silverware for exactly 2 people. Also 2 chairs. One or two extra chairs and silverware would be helpful.
