just what you'd expect for the price
we were there for a family emergency...not for vacation. that being said, it served the purpose. however, the room was small, smelly and not very clean. we will not stay at this particular hotel again.

Beach Lover
Sweet and sour
We were there to go to the beach, and while the hotel was not a beachfront location, it was nearby the beach and other entertainment areas. When we arrived, one staff had a child she was attending to, and the other assisted us in our check-in. She was somewhat helpful in giving tips on things to see by leading us to the information rack. The room had an unpleasant, stuffy odor and there were minor maintenance issues. The internet was not working during 90% of our stay. When we needed towels, we were told that housekeeping should be on our floor and that we should find them instead of the front desk directly assisting us. When we asked directions from the night front desk employee, we were given wrong directions, and she was also unfriendly and acted as though we were a bother. Nevertheless, housekeeping was friendly, the gentleman that was present when we informed of maintenance issues seemed friendly, and the hotel was sufficient enough for this stay.

Friendly, good service and price
Actually didn't spend much time in the room. Visiting our son at Tyndall AFB and it was a quick trip. Desk staff were excellent, helpful.

Motorcycle rally,had a great time and was taken very good care of by staff and mang.of motel,no problems.

no complaints
me and my wife enjoyed our stay, although we only stayed one night. the room was spotless and was well stocked with everything we needed. the air conditioner was already on so the room was comfortable as soon as we walked in. all we had to do was unpack. it's also in a good location. neither me or the wife had any complaints and plan to stay there again.

The room was small with no closet. Although it did have a microwave & refridgerator. I requested more blankets, but they told me 'we only offer what comes in the room'. Very disappointing from that standpoint.

2 Night Stay
The Location of the Hotel was very convenient and the hotel check in process was very easy, but during our two nights stay at The Sleep Inn Hotel, we were without fresh towels. The stewards clean our room and took the towels and never came back with fresh ones. Before leaving the room that evening we called and requested fresh towels and was told that they were drying and they would bring them up later, we never received any fresh towels. Luckily I thought to pack hand towels and beach towels before leaving home. At checkout we spoke with the staff about the incident and received a couple dirty looks. So I must say that this is a very nice Hotel, with a lousy staff.
