Minimum age required at check-in is 25. There is departure cleaning only. Cleaning fees are as follows:USD 95.72 for one bedroom unit.USD 118.24 for two bedroom unit.
Office hours are from 9am-5pm. Check-in is located at 11211 Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach. Please note that there is a non-refundable damage waiver fee in the amount of USD 45.00 collected at check-in. Additionally, a resort fee of USD 28.16 will be collected at check-in. Cleaning fees are as follows:USD 95.72 for one bedroom unit.USD 118.24 for two bedroom unit.

It was horrible. The condo was not what it was advertised to be. I specifically inquired whether or not I would have a full view of the ocean and was told yes. However, the room was on on the end of the complex along side an adjoining building thus blocking the ocean view. The balcony outside the room was filthy and and there was empty liquior bottles. I was forced to spend my vacation at another hotel. I immediately attempted to cancel the reservations and was told I had to wait until morning when the manager of the property was available. Ten days have passed and I have yet to have the charges credited back to my credit card. I have had to call numerous times to make sure this was being moved forward. Each time I have been assured a followup call and email confirmation for this being closed and charges credited back. Unfortunately the follow up call and the credit has not happened and I am still having to call concerning this matter.

Its nice
It was nice but I have stayed in better at a cheaper price than this. It was clean and the view was beautiful.. The living room was kind of old fashion and one of the bed room light was blowed or didnt work but we didnt worry about that.

I loved it
This was as close to being in your own home as you could get. No one in and out of your room. you have a washer dryer , stove, fridge.... like a mini apartment. Walmart was in walking distance all rooms are beach front. It was a lot better than what I expected!!!

very quiet resort
the room was very large and clean. We enjoyed the ocean view. Didn't have a good variety of food choices on-site, but was close to many off-site locations. Only complaint was cleaning charges added to the bill. Also the glass carafe for the coffee pot was broke at the pouring stem. We enjoyed everything else.

Cayote Ugly saloon was across the street as was Waffle house. Shopping located there too.

Beim Einchecken mussten wir zusätliche 140 dollar reinigungsgebühren bezahlen. (keine zurückerstattung) falls wir dann das Zimmer wirklich dreckig verlassen hätten, wären nocheinmal 500 Euro fällig geworden. Den müll musten wir selbst rausbringen Die Handtücher mussten wir selbst Waschen Es gab keinen Zimmerservice Das Personal war unfreundlich
