Disney Trip
Living in Miami and having 2 small kids, we make the trip to Disney several times a year. We're always looking for a great hotel to stay at and frankly, we were tired of the Disney owned hotels. We decided to check the Wyndham out and were very pleased. From the moment we walked in, I noticed how clean and fresh the room was. We had a mishap with the toilet (our fault) the lever got stuck in the up position and I called for maintenance and they came quickly and resolved the issue. Later that evening, when we got back from Disney, I requested a crib and one was brought to the room within a few minutes. Their attention to my requests were quick and efficient and I never felt like I was bothering anyone. We didn't check out the pool but from what we would see of it, we really liked. We'll definitely be going back there.

Magical memories!
We absolutely loved it. The hotel was beautiful and our FAVORITE part was the warm pool. Everything was clean and classy. For $12 per child, the Easter Bunny came to our door on Easter morning and delivered fabulous Easter baskets to each of them. There was also a fun day of activities available on Easter. The lake was lovely and the walkway around it was great too. The poolside restaurant was very pleasant. It was fun to try all of the different pools for the timeshare towers. It was a bit of a walk from the parking garage to hotel rooms, you may want to use a stroller to transport tired kids back and forth. Easy access to Downtown Disney and all the parks. Staff were not very informed about hotel options. We would definitely return again!!!!!!

Big beautiful rooms with great amenities
Great room with bunk beds for my teens. Loved the many pools, games, spa, work out room. Enjoyed them all including the restaurants. Decor was lovely and couldn't beat the price for this new hotel! We met friends who joined us at the hotel and they were impressed too. Great location to all theme parks although there was no shuttle to Universal.

Short drive from hotel
The food was good but a little pricey. There is a Whole Foods Market we found near the end of our trip that was fantastic. It would have been ideal to have gone there at the beginning of the week so we had great snacks, breakfast stuff or even meals on the go.

Hotel was great! The pools were nice, the Hotel was very luxurious. The room could have been a little cleaner but we were very satisfied. The extra charges for the resort fee and parking add up quick but we were expecting the additional cost after reading other reviews. We are planning on going back next year.

Wonderful grandparent retreat
Our children and grandchildren stayed even closer to the park, but we found this hotel to be exactly what we needed and at a more affordable price. It was luxurious and had all the amenities that we wanted. The service was outstanding as was the comfort and decor.

Enjoyable Spring Break
The resort was beautiful! Food was good, pool is excellent and seems to never close. Staff was pleasant. In a nice location but still close to all Disney attractions. Would definitely return in the future. From Hatfield, PA

Don't go to downtown Disney during Easter break. Place was mobbed at night and no room to park. Wait was an 1.5 long at a nice restaurant. Fast food was fair. Healthy foods were hard to find.

Whndham Grand Hotel
Hotel is new and has a 4 star appeal to it. Good location in Disney, The food on site,if price is not too much of a issue is ok. The room we had was new and clean, except carpet looked a little dirty . House keeping did a good keeping everyting stocked and tiding, floors could of been cleaned better. Pool for hotel is too small and shallow for adult use,but great pool for kids.

Good Experience
It was a clean and pretty hotel. We had a lovely view of the pool and could see fireworks from Disney at night. Finding the reception desk was a struggle the first night. The hotel grounds are a bit confusing and maze like. But the services were good and we had an ejoyable stay.
