Wyndham Grand Orlando Bonnet Creek

Booked two queen room with sofa bed and balcony. Turns out that room doesn't exist. So don't fall for it. We were a family of five and stuck in just a basic two queen room When I asked at the front desk for a room that accommodate 5 here response was the robotic, "Im sorry we are booked, is there anything else I can help you with". We were not the only ones that got stuck. Another family was irate the next day upon check-in and seeing their room and were attempting to cancel and move to another hotel immediately. Not the room they booked. We had hoped to enjoy the amenities, but set-up of checking out items to use things like putt putt were on the other side of the lake. Huge inconvenience. Also, pool facilities were very shallow, overrun with people (thinking some locals come for the day), and just an overall feeling of dirtiness. We are frequent travelers to the area, only a couple hours away. I was very excited to find this property and thought we might book frequently and even considered Christmas for a couple of weeks. Was extremely disappointed... Once you pay the daily fees and parking there are much better hotels for the price. Food was overpriced as well. If I want to pay over $100 for a breakfast buffet for five it will be at a Disney Hotel, not just basic food in a basic atmosphere. Will never return.

the room and beds were dirty and had hairs on the sheets. housekeeping threw away our snacks that we brought with us, and our room keys never worked on the last day.

Great facility and location, however room service errored on my order twice and house keeping did not clean my room one day. Room service tried to correct the mistake and house keeping did the same, but those mistakes negatively impacted our hotel experience. Hallway floors were not cleaned regularly...we saw strawberry smoothie spill in hallway the duration of stay. Restaurant staff was exceptional, but they were understaffed. Lots of additional fees like $16 resort fee and $19 valet fee, but I had read about that from sites before booking. I would probably stay there again given the additional fees and staff errors. Rooms are very nice and are quiet.

hotel was beautiful. it was less than one year old and all of the amenities were top notch.

I would consider this your typical hotel. Nothing really special about it besides the hype of a 4 star resort. Yes, the overall facade is impressive but it was nothing special after that. There are 6 or so pools throughout the resort but they are small pools and the water on the 3 that we went to looked milky in color not clear at all. I thought I had a good deal on this hotel but during checkin there was a $16 additional resort fee and $14 self parking fee. I find both these fees ridiculous. A Hampton Inn would of been just as nice and I would of had a free breakfast in the morning.

this hotel is simply amazing!what you are not told on any web page is that there are actually six hotels around bonnet creek to which you also have full access to as part of your stay.each has different waterslide,pools there is even a lazy river in one of them.we stayed in a family room on the sixth floor which had bunk beds for our children and the room was exceptional,large and kept spotless by housekeeping.a cab to downtown disney is 10 mdollars for six people so cheap to get out and about if you feel like a busier night out.we wuold definately recommend this hotel to anyone and will definately return there on our next trip to orlando,the kids did not want to leave.

It's a perfect location. It's still off of the main road, so there's still some peace/quiet. The hotel offers free shuttle service to the surrounding Disney parks. Hotel was decorated very nicely and all was friendly.

This hotel is very new with 5 star amenities, rooms are clean and comfy and daily room service does it well. But the hotel staff is a nightmare, I requested a theme park view executive room and received a room overlooking the parking lot and at 12 floors above the central A/C units on the ground level, the noise is still crazy on the porch. When I showed the front desk my reservation request, they just told me sorry that they messed up and they can't do a room change not even for a fee. The resort fee is $16 per day and parking $13/day when I visited, which still adds up to a very good price for this hotel. When I went to the hotel's Ticket Sales desk for Disney tickets, the clerk cheated me into buying their multi-day tickets telling me that they are cheaper than Disney's, but at Disney we found out that Disney actually sells them for less. The restaurants at the hotel makes typical food with mid-high prices, not recommended. The Spa is very nice, but prices can be steep for some services. The pool area is very nice. Overlooking the horrible customer service, this hotel matches up to some of Disney's $300+ hotels at a budget price. The location is very nice at Bonnet Creek (best location around Disney). If you are driving, this location is very convenient, but if you are using the hotel's shuttle services, you are out of luck. The shuttle service is outsourced to a bus company with again bad service. The schedule have a scattered timeline and they are not at all on time.

From the time we checked in to when we checked out our experience was great! We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us and even upgraded us to a room with a balcony. The only downside was our view wasn't that great but we spent our time on the property then on the balcony. Breakfast buffet was amazing, so many options a little pricey but what can you expect from being in Disney. Overall we loved the hotel and we stay again.

I booked two rooms, when I arrived my room wasn't ready ( I arrived 3 hours late), I was a bit upset about that, the hotel itself was great, great location, staff was welcoming and friendly, the next day my second room was early check in, it had a bit of odor initially, it was taken care of quickly, through the oops, the kids had a great time, and I would stay again.
