Short stay
Called the front desk 3 different times than went down to the front desk and found the girl was visiting with a friend on the phone. Was given two different TV remotes because our remote did not work on the TV. Then a service man came to the room with 5 different remotes to find 1 that worked on that TV.

Just good enough
For the price the hotel was good enough. Just a few suggestions or tidbits:1. the night front desk representative with the oversized suit needs to smile a bit and speak clearly. He mumbled through what the hotel had to offer. 2. the complimentary breakfast was anemic at best. My suggestion is to save some money and walk across the parking lot to the Waffle House where you can get two eggs, hash browns, bacon, toast, a waffle, and coffee for $6.99. Back at the hotel you get free stale bread, Nescafe coffee, and not much else. It would also help if the staff were not bringing in inventory when the breakfast starts, one has to jump over boxes to get to the Nescafe.

Good for the price
Internet had to be re-established with great frequency, but the jacuzzi, breakfast, free pizzas, coffee and hot chocolate more than made up for it.

Great Airport Location
We were in Orlando to witness the last space shuttle launch. The hotel was a great location, close to the airport and close to the charter bus pickup. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

Great hotel for MCO flyers
We stayed at this hotel for one night, before an early morning flight out of MCO, so we didn't actually get to see the hotel, but by the look of it, this is a great hotel, and we wouldn't have been sorry to be spending more time there.

World Traveler
Cheap Hotel
I was there as a last minute getaway. When I arrived to the airport I called for tranpotation and waited 1 1/2 hours to have it not show up. When I called every 30minutes to check the status, the receptionist told me "it'll be there any minute now, she's just running a little late". I ended up paying for a taxi instead! This happened again with their onsite taxi service who left me waiting 2hours for a pick up from the mall. Each time I would call, they gave some nonsense reason why they were running late. In addition the rooms smelled like cheap hotel or a motel, the furniture was stained and the view is horrific! I will never stay there again. It was not worth the money.
